This recently updated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is located on the shore of Lake Dillon, a short walk from the marina, scenic bike paths, and the Dillon Amphitheater—where you can enjoy live concerts under the stars. Whether you're here for paddle boarding, hiking, biking, or relaxing in the mountain sunshine, this is is your place!



The Space:

Step into a bright, inviting retreat designed for comfort after a day of outdoor fun. The spacious living room features a large sectional (with sleeper sofa), perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The adjoining dining area seats six and is great for shared meals, games and planning the next day's adventures. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for family and friends. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening unwind on the private balcony.



The primary suite offers a peaceful escape with large windows that bring in fresh mountain air and natural light and has an en suite bathroom.



Right behind the building, you’ll find direct access to the Summit County Recpath—Explore 55 miles of scenic, paved pathways connecting towns, resorts, and recreational areas throughout Summit County. Perfect for cyclists, runners, walkers, families, and visitors, the Recpath offers a safe, car-free way to enjoy the outdoors.



The RecPath connects to other paved pathways in Vail and Eagle County as well as many off-road trails.For those who love the outdoors, the recreation path is perfect for a morning jog, bike ride or leisurely stroll along the lakeshore.

You’ll be in one of the best locations in Dillon for summer fun:



Walk down to Lake Dillon Marina for kayaking, paddleboarding & boat rentals

Stroll to Dillon Amphitheater for concerts and events

Bike or walk the Recpath (access right behind the building)

Pickleball at Dillon Town Park (1 block away, mid-May–Sept)

Restaurants, shops & Tiki Bar all within walking distance

Summit Stage bus stops can whisk you away to the ski havens of Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain (Bus stop one block away)

Take a short drive or bike ride to Frisco, Copper, Keystone or Breckenridge for more hiking, mountain biking, festivals, and farmers markets throughout the summer.

During your stay at Lakeside Retreat, the entire condo is exclusively yours to enjoy. We encourage you to make yourself at home, embrace the comfort and tranquility, and create cherished memories in your own private haven amidst the Rockies. Your serene getaway awaits!



Other Things to Note:

Lakeside Retreat resides in a vintage building that has been professionally maintained to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests. We kindly ask you to extend courtesy towards our friendly neighbors by maintaining a peaceful ambiance during your stay. Your consideration helps keep the community spirit harmonious and welcoming for everyone.



The fireplace is only available during ski season.



No smoking or vaping at or around this community, including in the unit, in the building, on the patios, walkways, lawns, pool areas, or parking lot. There is no where on property at all that smoking/vaping is tolerated. There will be a $250 fine *per instance* for smoking or vaping anywhere on property and this WILL be enforced.



Amenities are maintained by the HOA are we are unable to guarantee their availability.
