Welcome to Baabe!   Our modern and lovingly furnished holiday home Sabine offers enough space for 4 adults plus a toddler up to 3 years and has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with fireplace, separate kitchen with dining area and bathroom and a large hallway. WLAN access can be used free of charge. The house also has a sun terrace with garden furniture. It is about 200m to the bathing station.   The house is located in the middle of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen and only approx. 1,000 m from the fine sandy bathing beach on the Baltic Sea. The house is surrounded by a lawn and has a quiet location. From us you can easily reach the surrounding area in the Granitz and Mönchgut by bike and hiking trails. Fresh towels are provided on your arrival and the beds are of course already covered with bed linen. Our bright, friendly and modern furnished holiday home Sabine was finished in 2005. It offers an approx. 84 m² living space with a separate entrance for max. 4 guests and a toddler up to 1 year. The house has a large terrace with seating, parasol and a parking space.   In the spacious, bright living room there is a comfortable seating area with a table, wall cupboards and a modern flat screen TV. A beautiful fireplace ensures pleasant comfort even in the cooler season. From the living room you can access the sun terrace in the garden with seating. The separate kitchen is equipped with a dining table, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a dining table with chairs here. The first and second bedrooms offer a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe. A small travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. Please indicate when booking.   The modern and bright bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. Towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival.

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and departure is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
