The detached holiday home (40 square meters) impresses with its beautiful, quiet location on the spacious, pine-planted property and private terrace. It offers two guests an ideal retreat and an excellent starting point for numerous activities related to the natural beauties of the island. The equipment includes a double bed, comfortable seating area, satellite TV, dining area, kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster, shower room with underfloor heating, storage room, garden furniture and parking space next to the house. Bed linen and weekly change of towels are included in the offer. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only 800 m walk through the cozy forest or along Seestrasse, 500 m to the center of Bansin with its numerous restaurants and cafes, 400 m to the train station and 300 m to the nearest shopping center. By connecting to a well-developed bike network, bike enthusiasts will also get their money's worth to explore the sunny island of Usedom from here.
