Apartment description With great attention to detail and full harmony, we designed a completely new apartment in December 2019 so that you feel at home in our great state capital Erfurt.
The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people (57sqm) 1 large living room with a large box spring bed and pull-out sofa bed, flat-screen TV, white sideboard, the lighting can be colored according to your wishes and especially for the cozy evening there are cuddly blankets available Kitchen is completely new and modern equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer, radio, clock, knife block, toaster, dishes, pots, pans etc.
Bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washing machine, hair dryer towels.
There is a large closet in the hallway. Towels and bed linen are included in the price.
The city center is approx. 3.5 km away and the tram stop is approx. 70 m from the house. Free parking spaces are available.
Non smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Zu empfehlen!

Bis auf die Tatsache, dass eine S-Bahn und eine Straßenbahnlinie direkt vorm Fenster fahren, ist die Unterkunft wirklich zu empfehlen. Eben diese Bahnen bringen einen direkt dahin, wo man will. Die Küche benötigt evtl noch ein paar Utensilien, die einem auffallen, dass sie fehlen, wenn man sie braucht. Das Bad ist auf jeden Fall neu und alles in allem ist die Wohnung in einem super Zustand und definitiv ihr Geld wert!

Kurzurlaub in Erfurt

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie war gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von Vorteil ist die gute Straßenbahnanbindung um in die Innenstadt zu fahren. Die Haltestelle ist nur ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt und die Bahn fährt auch recht häufig.

Insgesamt gut, die Unterkunft ist fein, die Lage geht so. Kann ich aber gut empfehlen.

Schöne Umgebung ist etwas anderes, aber die Unterkunft, die Lage zur Straßenbahn und zur Stadt insgesamt ist schon toll. Freundliche Vermieter, was will man mehr.

Tolle Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail. Sehr schöne Einrichtung, Badezimmer sogar mit Waschmaschine. Küche neu mit Geschirrspüler,Herd,Backofen,Micro. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend.
