This beautiful, four-bedroom, three-bath house is conveniently located in the heart of Islamorada, the fishing capital of the world. Situated in a beautiful upscale neighborhood of all waterfront homes, the house is equipped with all the comforts of home. It is extra clean and modernly furnished.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two baths. Downstairs there is a totally independent, one-bedroom, one-bath apartment. The house is PERFECT for those traveling with different age groups, in-laws, teenagers, or two families. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your vacation a 'PERFECT' one.

Spend your days soaking up the sun and your evenings relaxing in the jacuzzi or in our HEATED swimming pool. THIS IS PARADISE! Being just one-and-one-half hour from Miami and one-and-one-half hour from Key West, you can easily spend a full day in either of the two, and be back on time to watch the beautiful sunset.

We are just one mile from world-famous Holiday Isles, TIKI BAR. There you can sit out by the beach, or take a dip in the pool. Their live entertainment and contests give your vacation the full island effect. As if diving, snorkeling, sunning, boating, and swimming all day were not enough, do not forget to spend an afternoon swimming with the dolphins or the stingrays. Also, just one minute from the house.

Nice family vacation

This home and neighborhood is the perfect get away. The rooms are large and the pool area is amazing. The downstairs kitchen area is a plus as well. Plenty of seating, eating areas and comfy beds ! The property owner is very helpful ! We will be back again.

Great location and boat slip

Our group (3 couples) had a great week at this rental. Pool and hot tub were a nice treat after a day on the boat. Boat slip was great with water and electricity. Water pressure wasn’t the best but otherwise things were good. Arlene was great and very responsive when we had questions.

The manger was very friendly and made sure everything was ready for us on arrival. Please was lovely and the community was clean and quiet. It puts you in a great area to get around the whole keys. Would highly recommend for the perfect getaway. Will go back when I go to the keys.

This was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 with two adult children and two pre-teen/teen children. We rented a boat, fished most of the week, and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub each night. Walking distance to the marina and our boat rental. Everything went great.

Great location and community to stay at on the North side of Islamorada

From the first message about staying to our goodbyes, Arlene was amazing to work with! Lovely home and location, 10 minutes away from every great spot on Islamorada. Boat slip worked out great for our vessel, you can park an 11 ft beam and mid 30ft boat no issue. Had a water and shore power hookup next to the slip, great setup. For those that love a cold night sleep, the downstairs bedroom is the ideal place to be.

All around fabulous!

This place was perfect-ideal for 2 families as it had separate living spaces with 2 bed/2 bath up and down. Large screened in lanai with lots of seating options. Pool and hot tub with outside dining area/grill. Right on the canal with access to dock our boat right at the house. Location was perfect! Can’t get any better. Arlene was a great host. So good we already booked for next year.

Had a great time in Islamorada! Place is in great location to restaurants, fishing, boating and stores. Stayed two weeks and had terrific set up for family with four large bedrooms. Pool is awesome with ledges for sitting and for kids. Lower level bath great for access near pool. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Comfy beds! Arlene was very helpful on things that were not quite right. FYI- master bath is tight, so if you need mobility space, you may need to use other bathrooms.

We've stayed in several rentals throughout the keys and this one tops our list. Arlene is very responsive and easy to work with. House just as pictured. Neat and clean. Had special keyless coded entry that made it easy to come and go. Rooms spacious and beds comfortable. Stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Downstairs suite was perfect for our old teens. Plenty of space so we weren't on top of each other. Kids loved the heated pool (especially since the weather/water limited diving on our trip). Easy walk/drive to boat slip and quick access to both bay and Atlantic. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Highly recommended rental!

This is a great property for 8 people to stay in. All bedrooms have access to a bathroom in bedroom or next to bedroom. All king size beds except one queen. Crib on site. Beds are very comfortable. Great pool…ask to have it heated in cool months. Boat available to rent is highly recommended as you can go to different restaurants and sandy areas as well as ride through the mangroves and see dolphins and manatees. Fish and sharks easily seen in water at property. Kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal. Great appliances including a much appreciated washer and dryer. Great large dining table great for family meals and game night. Great outdoor palapa for meals. Grocery store short distance away. Quaint shops in abundance. Would stay here again!

Clean house, but house needs a few changes

Pros: 1. Great location 2. Clean house 3. Nice hot tub 4. Beds were comfortable Cons: 1. House descriptions says it sleeps 10, but only sleeps 8. This was not an issue for us because 1 person backed out and we had an infant in a pack and play, but would have had to have someone sleep on a couch or air mattress if the one person ended up coming. 2. Upstairs needs more bath and hand towels. 3. There were not enough forks and spoons for everyone. 4. Refrigerator ice maker barely generated any ice and water dispenser water came out very slow. 5. Pool spout made a lot of noise, but we got used to it. 6. Drainage in bathroom sinks was very slow and needs to be cleaned out for faster flow. 7. The marina was nice, but we prefer having the boat behind the house. We knew that the property did not offer that prior to booking, however would not stay again because of that. 8. Upstairs sliding glass door is hard to open and very loud. Overall our stay was nice. We've stayed in the Keys for over 20 years and this was our first time in Islamorada. If the items mentioned above are fixed, this place would be top notch.
