Footprints is a four bedroom, two bathroom house that sleeps 11, located in the quiet subdivision of Gulfport Village. Enjoy beautiful views of the gulf from the spacious deck! What a place to enjoy your morning coffee! The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, the third bedroom can sleep 5 with one queen bed, and a twin over twin bunk that has a twin trundle! The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has a futon for additional sleeping for one. TV's are in all bedrooms as well as the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything would need to make your favorite family meals.(regular drip coffee maker). Washer/ dryer on the premises.

One of the best part of this house is the downstairs, with a full bar area where you can relax with your family and friends and BBQ on the charcoal grill. For your convenience, this home has high speed internet, a downstairs shower, a covered deck with plenty of furniture AND access to the garage!!

Just The Basics

Overall, not a bad house got the price, but know this is JUST the basics. You must pick up a key from property manager, there is not a digital key. (We were given the wrong key & had to drive back) Sure, there is a water view as listed, but it's blocked by other homes & vegetation. If you assume with a water view you'll have easy beach access, you'd be wrong. Walking access but not suitable for a golf cart or similar. We purchased the linen package, but still had to make and strip all beds (and heads up, if you do not get linens you'll need to bring your own EVERYTHING, down to the kitchen hot pads). Be sure to bring toilet paper & paper towels if you plan to spend any time in the house at all. The house had a neat bar area, good working AC, plenty of beds for our group, TVs in each room, and all the basic appliances & kitchen items to cook an easy/quick meal. Had all the basics.
