This is a great home.
Our hosts were very responsive and often exceeded my expectations. The home is well stock and newly updated. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Cool stay in Bradenton
Better weather would have improved our stay, but the house was clean, mostly satisfactory and overall it was exactly as advertised.
Kitchen and gathering area was spacious. Also it was nice to have a second fridge in the garage. The high chair and travel crib was perfect for our toddler.
The negatives were minor inconveniences like tricky light switches, no entrance rug to catch sand and no vacuum to remove sand that was tracked in. We did the best we could with a broom. The need to use a terrible quality of TP for the coastal septic system was an adjustment. .. all of these were minor issues.
There were a couple of maintenance issues, but the owner responded quickly to address those.

Great home
After a bad start to our vacation finally landing in this house made everything good in the world. Nice quiet neighborhood. The house is very clean. The bed was super comfy. The pool was refreshing. The property is only 15 min to the beach. The owners even supply chairs and an umbrella. Even a cooler Communication was great. The owner even texted to make sure i got the check in instructions. I would recommend this place.
