This unit is managed by Taz Benefit LLC. Yes, my dog benefits by being able to visit this property with me! It is one of the many bonuses I found at this location. It is difficult to find a complex that not only allows dogs, but one that maintains its 'luxury' despite being dog friendly.

Why they chose this property

While this complex offers resort style living, it is not your typical vacation complex. Many residents live here year-round, some maintain their units but only visit a few times a year, while just a small handful, like myself, choose to rent their unit to others. Again, this mix of ownership styles helps keep 'luxury' in check.

What makes this property unique

Last but certainly, not least, is the location of the complex. Residents and Guests alike have access to the last remaining private beach in Florida and Unit 204 offers access to private boating, boat slip and bicycles as part of an all inclusive rental package.
