The newly renovated kitchen boasts spacious granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge and a gas range with a griddle. There is a 6-person breakfast nook and an 8-person dining table for family-style meals.
This two-story home sleeps up to 14 guests in five spacious bedrooms. The primary suite features a queen-size bed, a 65” TV, and a private balcony. The en-suite primary bathroom has a granite vanity and a walk-in shower.
Two more guest rooms on the second floor are furnished with queen-size beds. The fourth bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds and a sunlit desk. The bathroom on this floor has gleaming tile work and a tub/shower combination. On the main floor, the fifth bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed. The bathroom on this level also has a tub/shower combination.
The front and back porches offer plenty of space to enjoy the sights and sounds of Forest Park, while the fenced backyard is perfect for pets. The guests in the primary suite also have their own private balcony overlooking the yard.

*Reserving person must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*All events or parties must first be approved.
*Pets must be noted on the reservation and additional fees apply.
*We love keeping our home pet friendly, but cleaning a full house completely of pet hair is a large chore, so if any is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
* No smoking is allowed in the property.
*Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy and being mindful of energy costs.
*If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees.
*If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250.
*If any sign of smoking is discovered, Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
*Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
