The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations. A modern apartment building was built next to the main building. Your holiday apartment is located in this. The modern ambience and the bright colors underline the friendly and generous character. The terrace, accessible from the living room and bedroom, with various lying and seating options is perfect to end the day with a glass of wine. From here you have a wonderful view of the water!The modern designed NOLTE built-in kitchen borders the living area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories and has everything for a unique cooking experience. Seat shell chairs that are gray in the timeless provide comfortable seating in the open living area. The dining table offers space for a romantic dinner for two. The entire yacht club apartment has vinyl designer flooring and underfloor heating. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, the living room appears bright and friendly. Curtains, a carpet and pleated blinds create a feel-good atmosphere. Of particular note is the fireplace in the living area. This invites you to spend hours together on the comfortable sofa bed. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide media entertainment in the living room. Free WiFi is of course available to you free of charge. The bedroom is bright and friendly. A wardrobe with an integrated safe for your valuables, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience of the bedroom. The modern box spring bed with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) invites you to dream. A flat-screen TV (32 inches) provides the necessary entertainment. The bathroom with its stylish, modern tiles has a walk-in shower, a large vanity and a towel radiator. The separate toilet is accessible via a sliding door. The in-house wellness and fitness area is available to you and your accompanying guests in the main house. Relax in the two saunas and the experience shower or relax in a relaxation room. In a fitness room, modern sports equipment is available to keep you fit even on vacation. The harmoniously coordinated furnishing of the apartment, the murals and the charming home accessories let you calm down quickly and make your vacation a special experience. There is a bicycle storage room for our cyclists on the premises. You can also book a parking space on the premises for a fee. Dogs are welcome in the apartment.
