This non-smoking summer happiness apartment is located on the 3rd Upper floor of the listed main building of the newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser - Seefahrtschule in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations. The Maritime School was reopened in 2020. The spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the 8m² balcony with its cozy sofa and shell chair invites you to spend moments together. A stereo system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide for media entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi available. The spacious balcony has a table with comfortable chairs and two comfortable sun loungers and deck chairs. On the beautiful balcony you can enjoy the sun all day and watch dreamy sunsets. The harmoniously coordinated furniture, the murals and home accessories let you calm down quickly and make your vacation a special experience. The design floor covering installed throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. Underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth throughout the apartment. The modern NOLTE fitted kitchen has built-in electrical appliances, such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories. Seat shell chairs that are gray in the timeless provide comfortable seating in the open dining area. A large dining table offers space for the whole family. The two bedrooms are decorated in modern white and brown. The comfortable box spring beds with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invite you to dream. Two bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience of the bedrooms. In the inner master bedroom there is a wardrobe with a safe. Adjacent to the bedroom with balcony access is the dressing room with a passage to the bathroom. The high light walls make it look friendly. The two bathrooms are stylishly decorated with modern tiles in warm tones and have a shower, a large vanity with a vanity unit, a towel radiator and a washing machine with dryer. A changing mat is available in the bathroom. You and your accompanying guests can use the in-house fitness and wellness area.
