The modern and open floor plan boasts 1,141 square feet of living space. The fun and funky interior design makes this the perfect spot to host your family or friends in Traverse City, MI. Cook a wholesome meal in the fully-equipped kitchen or relax on the plush couch in the living room while watching television. Not ready to call it a night? Open the slider and step out onto the balcony and chill.

The stylish main bedroom holds a comfortable king size bed with a flat-screen TV, walk-in closet and has an ensuite bathroom! The charming guest bedroom holds a king size bed, closet, and a flat-screen.There is a drip coffee maker in the kitchen and we do provide a couple of single serve coffee bags to start your stay on the right foot.


NOTE: Our Smart TVs feature streaming capabilities ONLY with a subscription to HuluLive. You will also have access to your own streaming service accounts while on property. (Sorry, no cable TV.)

Other perks of this suite include a convenient washer and dryer, full bathtub and shower in the guest bathroom.

The condo is amazing but the traffic was so bad didn't get much sleep, because of that I can't give the place a 10, location is great parked the car and walked 90 percent of the time. I would recommend this placed just bring very good ear plugs.

Condo is new and very clean. Easy to find and great parking. Communication from owner is quick and concise. Location perfect for walking to restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again our next visit.

Wonderful property!

The condo was wonderful! It was immaculately clean and well stocked with all the necessities. It was conveniently located (within walking distance) to many restaurants and bars and walkable to the water/bay. The management company was very responsive to any questions about the property and we would highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling to Traverse City.

42nd Anniversary Trip

We had a wonderful time on our anniversary trip. The condo was super nice, very clean and had everything we needed to make this trip special. We were able to walk to many restaurants and attractions, which was a plus in getting in a little exercise. The rental agency was very quick to respond with any questions we had. First time staying in the Slabtown area. Place is new and everything works. Has two king beds which most competitors don’t. Would easily rent again if available.

Perfect!

We were delighted with everything about this loft. It was spotlessly clean. The host communicated quickly and answered every question we had. Location is amazing – so close to downtown and we were able to ride bikes directly from the suite to the Tart Trail. Covered parking was a bonus -but be informed-there is parking for only one vehicle-but ample street parking if you have a second. Check out was a bonus as the owners take care of everything. Will definitely return!
