The exterior of this property offers under-house concrete parking, covered entry, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a fish cleaning area, a park-style grill, and a private boardwalk leading to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! Enclosed foyer stairs lead to the floors above. The elevator is available for guest use.
The first floor features amazing sea views and private access to the beachfront deck. There is a spacious main bedroom and three well-equipped guest bedrooms. The second floor features a spacious living/dining/kitchen area with cheerful coastal decor. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a TV, warm hardwood floors, and large windows emphasizing views of the Gulf. Each room on the second floor offers beachfront deck access. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare coastal feasts, and there is plenty of seating at mealtime at the large dining table and bar counter stools. The kitchen and dining area also overlook the Gulf and create an amazing backdrop for making memories at the beach. Multiple DVDs and a stereo are provided. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
