Our apartment Naschmarkt garden is very quietly located on the mezzanine floor of a house from the 19th Century. The apartment consists of an anteroom that merges into the kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet.
You enter the apartment through a spacious double door. The entrance area leads into the kitchen. This is equipped with a stove with oven, dishwasher, washing dishes, cookware and dishes, small appliances such as a kettle and coffee machine and a washing machine. From this room you can reach the living room, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and terrace.
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed (bed area 130 x 200 cm), as well as an armchair. Furthermore, the living room is equipped with a solid wooden table and four elegant, comfortable chairs and a flat-screen TV.
In the bedroom there is a large double bed (lying area 180 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe. The bedroom is also equipped with a bedside table and bedside lamp.
The bathroom has a shower and a vanity. There are enough towels available. The toilet is accessible from the bathroom separately.
The private terrace is equipped with wooden floorboards and a small table.
All five Naschmarkt apartments are in the same building. So we can accommodate larger groups of guests in one house.
You live very centrally in Franzensgasse, a small alley with many beautiful Biedermeier houses in downtown Margareten. The most beautiful market in Vienna, the Naschmarkt, is just around the corner. There are many shops, restaurants, bars and restaurants.
The 1st District, the historical center of the city, with sights such as Karlskirche, Hofburg, City Hall, Spanish Riding School can be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes. Or take the subway and go one stop to Karlsplatz. The underground station U4-Kettenbrückengasse is a few minutes away from the apartment.
Vienna's most famous shopping mile, Mariahilfer Strasse, can also be reached in around 10 minutes on foot. The museum district with the Mumok and the Leopold Museum is also around a 10 to 15 minute walk from the apartment.
If you have had enough of the city center and want to drive a bit into the countryside, the U4 underground line will take you to Schönbrunn Palace in around 15 minutes, where you can walk in the footsteps of Empress Sisis.
