THIS IS THE ONLY REAL AND VERIFIED LISTING OF THIS PROPERTY.

5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom villa that sleeps a maximum of 10 guests (no exceptions).

BEDROOM LAYOUT (ALL UNDER SPLIT UNIT AC CONTROL):
-Bedroom 1: 1 king bed
-Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds
-Bedroom 3: 1 king bed
-Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds
-Bedroom 5: 1 king bed

KITCHEN/DINING: Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, and all basic necessities. Dining table with seating for 10 people.

INDOOR LIVING AREAS:
-The main living area is not under AC.
-Smart TV.
-Bluetooth speakers for guests to play music inside and out.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
-Pool
-Jacuzzi (heated!)
-Comfortable outdoor furniture, chaise lounges covered by umbrella at your leisure
-Exquisite garden views
-Covered dining area with seating for 8
-Outdoor kitchen (covered) with barstool seating, built in BBQ

STAFF:
-2 full time staff who work 8am-4pm daily (unless otherwise requested). Services include daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).
-Off of the backside of the kitchen is a private maid’s quarters area with bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area with washer and dryer.

LOCATION/VILLA ADDRESS: LAS COLINAS 2
Less than 10-minute golf cart ride to Playa Minitas and Minitas Beach Club (also walkable distance - exactly 2 miles!). Complete access to all resort facilities, a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina, all hotel pools and restaurants, movie theater, tennis courts, and much more.

RESORT FEE: Not included in the nightly rate is a resort fee charged per day by Casa de Campo for use of resort amenities and payment is collected upon arrival to the resort on the day of your check-in.

Per person, per night current rates are:
$30/adult (ages 13 and older)
$15/child (between the ages of 4-12 years old)
Free: children under 4 years of age

This is unrelated to the booking with the owner of this property and is paid directly to Casa de Campo upon arrival to the resort. Thank you for your understanding.

Our host was amazing!! Michaela and Nathan were so attentive and answered every question we had promptly. Family vacation

We had a great time. The house was beautiful and the host was extremely helpful. We were able to order food and beverages and golf carts in advance which made the trip a lot more fun. The help were wonderful and sweet. They cooked our meals and cleaned the house. They speak Spanish but used a translator app to communicate with us which worked very well. All in all a great stay in a wonderful home.

Casa carter review

We had an amazing time! This trip was better than we could have ever expected. The house was beautiful, and we absolutely loved the cook and and the maid. They were precious! We had no trouble with groceries, golf carts, or reservations. Any questions we had were answered so quickly. I couldn’t recommend this house more!

Amazing Place!

I would highly recommend this house and location. I have rented a Villa previously at Casa de Campo and the location was quite far from everything. This house was very convenient to all of the locations we wished to travel within the resort. The host (owner) prepared us well for our arrival. Nathan was so quick in all of his responses. He provided all of the information about the resort that we needed. The Chef and Maid felt like part of our family. I would highly recommend this house for your visit to Casa de Campo!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Campo in this beautiful home. The home is spacious, beautifully appointed, and accommodated our large family well. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Having staff at the house was especially wonderful (although they don’t speak English). The pool and hot tub were great. Nathan and Micaela responded quickly to questions and took care of minor issues with the house in a timely manner. This was our first time visiting Dominican Republic. We greatly enjoyed our time there and hope to return for another vacation. I highly recommend Colinas 2!

Nathan was born and raised in Naples, FL. He moved to upstate NY when he was a kid and pursued Culinary Arts in NYC. His family has been visiting the Dominican Republic for 40+ years. We rent out a few of our homes here in Casa de Campo as we love to share our little slice of paradise so others can enjoy it just as much as we do! I am also fluent in Spanish so feel free to message me in either English or Spanish and I will be happy to help your vacation rental/stay run smoothly! We love to travel as well and if you have a home you'd like to share with us and trade vacations, we are open to these types of offers! We are serious "foodies", love to ski/snowboard, and love the beach.

The villa also has a very spacious backyard area with private pool and BBQ and is a very private oasis for couples, families and friends to enjoy.
