Welcome! Our home was built in 2020 and is modern, family and dog friendly, and within a 5-10 minute drive to local wineries, Wine and Roses, Lodi Lake, Downtown, Lodi Memorial Hospital, and many restaurants and stores.

THE SPACE

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen opens up to both the living and dining rooms. There is plenty of counter space to cook a delicious meal. A Keurig machine and some K Cups are provided, in addition to all your basic cooking needs, including utensils, plates, and bowls for adults and children. There is also a toaster, microwave, rice cooker and water kettle.

LIVING ROOM:
Relax and unwind in our living room after a day of wine tasting. Watch your favorite show on our 86 inch Smart TV where you can log into your Netflix, Youtube, and other subscriptions.

BACKYARD:
Sip your morning coffee on our backyard patio furniture with beautiful views of our flower garden. Please note there is a locked storage shed in the backyard that is only for our cleaners.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
We want our guests to enjoy their vacation, but please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum at all times. Per Airbnb's recommendation, we have a noise monitoring device inside the house. If the noise level goes above standard residential limits set by the city or if we get a noise complaint from a neighbor, you will be asked to keep the noise down and will be fined $250. No music is allowed outside and everyone should be indoors by 9pm. Please note that the purpose of the noise monitoring device is to prevent parties. A normal amount of noise is completely acceptable. The noise monitoring device is only set off when it detects noise levels that is indicative of a party.

GUEST AMENITIES:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and body lotion are provided in each bathroom. Extra pillows and towels are also provided.

OTHER:
We have two exterior cameras to ensure the property is safe at all times. One monitors the front and the other monitors the back.

A pest control company services our home every other month with products that are both kid and pet friendly. It is natural for some insects to make it into the home when the doors are open, so please ensure doors are closed at all times.

Other things to note

PETS:
We welcome up to two house trained dogs for an additional $125 per dog. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dogs and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Dogs should be crated inside the home when owners are out. Damage to the property will incur additional charges.

HOUSE RULES:
- Quiet time is from 9pm - 7am.
- Max of 10 people and no unregistered guests.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) both inside and outside the house.
- Remove shoes indoors.
- No illegal activity.
- Do not flush sanitary items down the toilet.
- Do not touch the exterior security cameras as these are for safety.

Failure to observe any of the House Rule above will result in a minimum $250 fine.
