*These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
*Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on AirBnB’s policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

The family room/kitchen area was open and spacious. We had some family over for dinner and everyone had room to sit, visit and eat. The game room was fun for everyone. Overall a really fun place to stay.

We loved the neighborhood and layout of this space. The game room was awesome for the kids. The host was really communicative and prompt. We did, however, feel that this place needs more attention and management.The trash cans outside were completely full when we arrived, leaving no space for our trash. They smelled horrible with tons of bugs and I needed to make space for our own trash.The vents were also completely packed with dust/dirt and the heater function mentioned “service needed”. I felt pretty uncomfortable being in a space that had dirty air flowing. The water in faucets were so hot but the shower only reached luke warm.We also were not given trash bags, laundry detergent, and there was no ball for the foosball table. Not big issues, but just had to get our own.Not a con but notable: If you need a dresser, there are none (only one nightstand per room).We ended up leaving a day early. This has the potential to be a great space but it needs a little more attention to guests’ needs.

A Cozy Getaway

I stayed at this location with my family during a business trip and it’s exactly what we needed. We had plenty of space and access to what we needed such as use of the washer and dryer. The owner was extremely pleasant and was very quick to respond if we had any questions about anything. It’s a new listing so the house felt pretty much new. There was a minor electric issue with some outlets not working for a brief time during our stay but hopefully that doesn’t happen for the next guests. Overall, we enjoyed this really nice home in a quiet and convenient location.

This older home is in an established neighborhood but has been updated nicely. Coming from out of state, it was the perfect place for us to spend time with our Grandkids (1/6/9/11). Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the game room as well as the large screen tv! We were there in winter so we didn’t utilize the back yard, however it looked very nice and I would have enjoyed the fire pit if it wasn’t so cold out! It is very close/ convenient to freeways as well as shopping areas.
