The upper floor apartment with a very nice location near the beach offers space for 2 to four people and is located in a house with three residential units. The apartment is divided as follows: A small, cozy living room with an integrated kitchen, a spacious master bedroom with a remote viewer, an alcove for two people and two shower rooms. In the garden there is a beach chair and a lawn. The parking space for the car is directly in front of the house. In the shared basement you will find the washing machine and dryer.

gemütliche Wohnung in Strandnähe
Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen und nur 1 Minute Gehdistanz zum Strand entfernt gelegen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich und in der Küche ist eigentlich mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet (beim Besteck etwas wenig Messer vor allem im Verhältnis zu den Löffeln :-)). Die Wohnung hat zwar keinen Balkon, aber im Garten hat es einen Strandkorb zur Benutzung.
