Great condo in a great location

A great condo in a great little location. A two minute walk to the beach, close to restaurants and not to far of a drive to anywhere on the island. The condo was perfect for our family. They have several beach toys and beach accessories. Pool was never too busy. Pickleball and tennis are available too. The deck is superb. It’s as if we had another place to gather as a family. Love the Forest Ridge association.

Mediocre

We love coming to Fernandina beach and it’s all about location and the distance to the beach. Not a far walk but if you’re a senior or a child under 6 this could be a challenge as you have them to help and all the beach stuff yo bring. King bed could have been softer. Night stands and dresser in main bedroom were also dusty. If you’re hoping to do a lot of cooking you may want to bring a couple of your own pans. There are outside public grills that we had not been told about, we could have brought our own grilling tools from home, but they are also not very close to the townhouse. Inside of the townhouse is charming and spacious with nice decor. But the outside of the townhouse is a little dated and needs a good power washing along with the deck. Vacasa property management was great with communication and helpful. So I think the place was fine but not as great as I felt it came across as online.

Amelia Island Stay

Nice place to stay. Apartment was nicely decorated and fairly well stocked but shower was clogged, blinds in tv room were broken/missing panels, outdoor table was damaged and weather worn. Easy 5 min walk to the beach.
