This is a dog friendly property with a limit of 2 dogs no larger than 25lbs each and must be authorized prior to arrival. There is $200 per dog non-refundable fee.
Dogs are not allowed in or outside this property without prior authorization. Dogs shall not be left alone and unattended without being crated. Please refrain from allowing dogs on the furniture or sleeping on the beds. If excessive fur is found, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee starting at $300.

No smoking of any kind, including vaping, in or outside of this property.

Assigned parking space is A5 and additional parking in Visitor Parking - Parking pass must be visible through windshield otherwise subject to towing at your expense. Maximum two vehicles per property.

Sand Dollar Vacation Rentals does not provide or guarantee beach chairs or like accessories, but previous guests may leave such behind.

Check-in is 4pm EST and Check-out is 10am EST (There are no early or late check-ins/check-outs March through November)
Check-in Instructions will be emailed to the booking guest 24 to 12 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
