The exterior renovation construction project that began in April 2023 has been completed! Ocean Park is back to a quiet beach condominium community!

Ocean Park is an exclusive 96-unit residential development located on the peaceful north-end of Amelia Island, adjacent to Fort Clinch State Park. Historic downtown Fernandina Beach is a short two-mile drive away. There you will find many uniquely local restaurants and retailers. The Atlantic Ocean and Main Beach are across the street from Ocean Park. Main Beach Park is where you will find a putt-putt golf course, skateboard park, and basketball courts. Salt Life Food Shack has recently opened right across the street, also! There are only a limited number units available for vacation rentals. Most are occupied by permanent residents, or used as second homes. This is a quiet place where you can kick back and relax without worries.

Condo is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each rental so as to provide a safe, sanitized environment for guests. Housekeeping is taking extra measures since Covid-19 to make sure the unit is properly prepared and cleaned for each guest. Bedding, including top covers, such as quilts, are changed after each checkout to ensure each guest arriving has clean, sanitized bedding.

Our remodeled 1620 SF 3BR/2BA condo is located on the 4th (top) floor of the complex. The entire condo has been repainted, and the master bathroom was remodeled in 2019 with a state-of-the-art walk-in shower and gorgeous new flooring, cabinets, quartz countertops, and mirrors! The guest bathroom was also remodeled in 2019, complete with a luxurious new Kohler deep-soaking tub, with large subway tiles and a decorative glass tile accent strip around the tub; porcelain tile floors; white wood cabinets, new quartz countertops, and new mirrors.

The unit comfortably sleeps 8. The large Master Bedroom features two queen beds. The Master Bath has a double vanity sink, large tiled shower, and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has one queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware, bakeware, and kitchen utensils. The laundry room features an oversized Samsung washer and dryer; towels and bed linens are also provided. Another plus to this beautiful condo is access to an oversized (16x28) one-car parking garage. Guests have access to a beautifully renovated pool and hot tub. Lounge chairs and tables with chairs and umbrellas are also provided in the pool/spa area.

The condo balcony features a teak wood table and chairs and a spectacular ocean view--perfect for eating breakfast or dinner or just reading a book or watching the sunrise. The spacious living room features a 50' Plasma HDTV and DVD player. All bedrooms also have standard definition TVs. This unit is tastefully decorated with a soothing beachy theme and is the perfect destination for a beach getaway!

When you want to relax inside, we have super-fast high-speed WiFi internet (70-100Mbps down and 35-50 Mbps up). The condo association has two T1 connections: one for the North end of the complex and one for the South end. There's public WiFi throughout, but we have a router in our unit hardwired to the central switch that is on a private network. Netflix members can bring your Roku, Xbox, PS3, Wii, etc. or AppleTv and log in to your account to watch streaming movies and television shows. (Please note: we do not provide streaming or app services). We have Xfinity cable tv.)

Be sure to bring your beach chairs and boogie boards for the beach, which is only a short walk across the road. The island is full of activities, including kayaking, bicycle/scooter rentals, golf and miniature golf courses, parasailing, deep-sea and inshore fishing charters, hiking, jet skiing, snorkeling/diving, and so many more.

Note: Beach chairs are provided and stored in private, secure garage downstairs. For snowbirds renting for 21 days or more, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed to cover the deep cleaning cost that has to be done after checkout.
