The unit features an updated kitchen, plush linens, and the perfect amenities for your beach vacation. It is bright and open with ocean views from the living room, master bedroom, and private balcony. The condo also has access to the building's pool and private beach walkover. This condo features a private second floor balcony with outdoor seating that is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and watching the sun rise. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking essentials needed for your stay. There is a microwave, dishwasher, and oven for cooking meals as well as a full refrigerator and freezer.

There are three bedrooms in this unit. The master bedroom has ocean views, a queen sized bed, large walk in closet, access to the ocean view balcony, and an attached bathroom (shower). The second bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet, and a full attached bathroom (shower). The third bedroom also has a queen bed, walk in closet, and an attached full bathroom (tub) that also opens to the hallway.

The living/dining area is open concept. The kitchen has an open peninsula facing the living room space. There is a pull out sofa in the living room for 2 additional guests. The dining area features a 6-person dining table. The living room also opens to balcony which has an additional table outside for dining with the ocean breeze.

For your convenience, the unit is outfitted with an iron and ironing board, hair dryers, and beach towels for use during your stay.

Guests will have full access to all common areas of the property, including the pool and private beach walkover.

Fresh linens are provided along with starter housekeeping supplies which include paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, basic toiletries, and trash bags.

Located in the middle of Amelia Island, Ketch Courtyard is a quick drive or walk to all of the island's best dining and shopping.

Within walking distance, you can enjoy dining and live music at The Surf or Slider's, or ice cream from several local treat spots.

To the North you will find Main beach featuring the Salt Life restaurant and Sandbar Kitchen, a playground, and beachside putt putt golf. From there, Amelia Island's downtown historic district is a short drive down Atlantic Avenue. Here you will find plenty of wonderful restaurants, shopping, nightlife and local culture. Fort Clinch State Park is also located along Atlantic Avenue. The park features the 19th century Fort Clinch (still open to the public for tours), a great beach, and lots of beautiful trails for hiking or biking.

The South end of the island boasts several wonderful restaurants, the Ritz and Omni resorts, a picturesque canopy biking trail, and charming local boutiques. We recommend checking out the Ritz spa if you are looking for a relaxing treat!

Amelia Island is a small area and is easy to navigate! There is free parking available at most attractions around the island making driving very easy to any place you choose to visit.

Bike rentals are available at Hall's Beach Store located just 1 mile north.
