Place is like new. Very clean... decent back yard for your furry friends. Def. Reccomend for families... tennis and pool are very convenient.

We had a wonderful stay. This is the third condo I've rented at Forest Ridge and my favorite. There's a closet and a deck box full of beach stuff. Toys, chairs, tents, etc. and a wagon (life saver). Very clean, lots of amenities, and great location right near the entrance to the pool. We visit the area often and will definitely stay here again. Only thing I might ask for is maybe a thicker curtain for the sliding glass door in the primary bedroom. It can get bright in there if you're trying to sleep in a little bit.
