Just over a mile away from Powder Springs Park, this stylish and spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house is your perfect getaway spot for a family or a friend's reunion! With a fully fenced backyard, the kids are going to absolutely love the big space to play and have fun around. Has a BBQ grill and an outside dining area to make the dinner even more special with your loved ones!

Includes all basic amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, free parking, washer, cooking supplies, etc.

Please note the following:
1. Property is sprayed regularly for pests. If you see any dead ones while you're there, that's a good thing! That means the pest control is working. Also, please keep in mind that we do live in the south, and no matter how many times we treat it's impossible to keep every single bug out. By booking with us you are acknowledging that.
2. The home is updated with exterior security cameras which have live and recorded view. There is an additional camera located in the garage which is off limits to guest.
3. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and there are several sheriffs and law enforcement who live nearby. Please be sure to adhere to property rules related to large gatherings, loud noise and parties.

Beautiful property in our home town

We stayed here to celebrate Thanksgiving as a family In our hometown. We are a large family, so finding a place that sleeps all of us comfortably is not easy. This place was awesome! We had room to spread out, and have a lot of fun or relax. We cooked a complete Thanksgiving meal here and then later all gathered around the firepit. Any time we want to visit Powder Springs, this is where we will stay!

The home is designed and styled with a mix of rustic and farmhouse. You will find that every room is as cozy as the next. The backyard is spacious, surrounded by nature, the early mornings are serene. Lastly, you can wrap the night cuddled over the custom stone fire-pit.
