Looking for a relaxing & peaceful vacation we have it all.
From fishing spots, private dock, kayaks & paddle boat, jacuzzi with the most amazing view of the lake, BBQ area, fire pit right on front of the lake, plenty of porches to enjoy all the beautiful views of the lake & canal, even when you making those delicious meals.

Lake Panasoffkee is genuinely unusual, a natural spring-fed lake, water depths seldom exceed four feet. Lake Panasoffkee connects to the Withlacoochee River, which is well over 157 miles long, flowing out to the Gulf of Mexico. I-75 runs along the eastern edge and C.R. 470 along the southern and western shore.
45 minutes from Tampa airport, 45 minutes from Disney World, 30-45 minutes from beaches & so much more.
Our neighborhood is calm and quiet, you can also find near by.
Grocery store, Winn-dixie is 15 minutes from the house.
Dollar general and family dollar both with in 3 minutes from the house.
Restaurant, Cat fish Johnny is only 3 minutes from the house, Big Bass grill nice restaurant Bar/Karaoke is only 5 minutes from the house, we are 20-25 minutes from The Villages where you can find so many nice stores to shop and fine restaurants.

Family Fishing Trip

We had a great time here. Some of us used to fish here as kids, so we brought our parents back and had a great time! The house met all of needs and offered plenty of out door space to run around and fish from with a near by boat ramp. The kayaks and peddle boat was a huge bonus! Great stay!

Girls Getaway/Birthday Celebration

Beautiful property, plenty of wildlife, very quiet and serene. Lots of sitting areas with great views of the lake. Comfy, cozy and relaxing. Seen Charlie the gator on our last day!

Hapoy family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The house is functional and offers lots of entertainment in the property. It has different sitting areas to match everyone ‘s needs and liking. We had a blast!

Peaceful Lake Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake property. We knew the lake would not be for swimming, due to gators and water quality, but we enjoyed hanging out by the dock and in the hot tub. We also enjoyed using the paddle boats and kayaks at the property. However, I would suggest providing some adequate shady options for outside. For the spaces that did have covering, it was clear and only to provide shelter from rain. It would enhance the property so much to provide some outside spaces with full shade, especially during the summer months. Additionally, we weren't expecting to have to purchase basic upkeep items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. These types of items have been provided in every rental I've vacationed in, so it was a shock when we did not have anything readily available. Also, while the house itself was beautiful, it did run a little hot, even after running the AC all day. The owners were decent about communication, though, and we'd be happy to rent from them again knowing what to expect now. Overall it was a lovely weekend.

We came from 2 different backgrounds and cultures we have made it work, her with her Spanish sazón from Ecuador and me from Illinois. I came here when I was 10 years old and I have lived here since then, New Port Richey is our base home.
She came from Ecuador when she was 16 years old and lived in New Jersey up to 2020, moved down here and our story begins.
We always say the I am her version and she says that I am hers..
At that end we are the best version of each other,

Why they chose this property

We were looking for the perfect place to retire, close to everything but far enough to enjoy all the sounds of nature and fishing as well.
We saw this property we knew we had a huge challenge ahead of us since the house needed a lot of renovation but we wanted to find a place where we can put our own spices, our own ideas and our own love, we want this place to be perfect , it’s so perfect the we exchanged our vows here, our home is very special to us and this is where we are looking forward to spend our lives together.
Now you are part of this special home as well and we hope for you to share beautiful memories for years to come.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with our house for all the views we have, its a 360 degree view all around from the canal side to the front lake, we love our little town, you feel like you are in those hallmark movies, it’s 30 minutes from Tampa, 30 minutes to the Villages, 35-45 minutes from Fort Island gulf Beach and Cristal River, 54 minutes from Lake Dora , 55 minutes from Disney, 58 minutes from Orlando, there so many more closer activities the you can do around our area like going fishing, boat rides, kayaks, etc,
You can’t leave with out trying our restaurants like Catfish Johnny’s, its just 3 minutes from home and their food is so delicious and then we have Big Bass Grill and they always have something going on from live music, karaoke or just enjoy a nice time with friends and family.
