Familie Teufl hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen.Wir haben uns direkt gut aufgehoben gefĂŒhlt und konnten auch mit jeder Frage zu Ihnen kommen.Die Ferienwohnung war sehr großzĂŒgig gestaltet und sehr sauber.Die Lage ist sehr gut um zu vielen zentralen Punkten zu gelangen.Wir waren das erste Mal in Österreich und sind total begeistert von der Landschaft,dem Essen und den Menschen.Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.Diese Ferienwohnung ist fĂŒr Familien mit Kinder,die es lieben in der Natur zu sein sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war perfekt fĂŒr uns. Sehr sauber, gepflegt, komfortabel, gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, in der KĂŒche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Parkmöglichkeit, Bushaltestelle fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr verschiedene Touren (Wanderungen, Bootstouren, BadeausflĂŒge, StĂ€dtebesichtigungen). Wir hatten ausreichend Platz fĂŒr 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kindern. Alles war super sauber.

Herzliche Gastgeber im Herzen des Salzkammerguts

Das Haus Elfi liegt nur wenige Autominuten von Fuschl- und Wolfgangsee entfernt, Salzburg ist in einer guten halben Stunde erreichbar. Liebevoll gestaltet und voll ausgestattet lĂ€sst die Wohnung keine WĂŒnsche offen. Beide Gastgeber sind offen, herzlich und freundlich, haben stets ein nettes Wort und einen guten Tipp fĂŒr AusflĂŒge oder Restaurants. Die komplett eingerichtete KĂŒche wurde von uns darum lediglich zur Zubereitung des FrĂŒhstĂŒcks genutzt. Unser nĂ€chster Urlaub in der Region wird wieder im Haus Elfi sein.

GemĂŒtliche Unterkunft


 mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastleuten, guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren auf die umliegenden Berge. Etwas abseits von Faistenau
 Wir haben eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche dort verbracht! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was nötig ist, hat auch einen kleinen Balkon mit Morgensonne (wenn man GlĂŒck mit dem Wetter hat).

Erholung pur!

Die Dachgeschosswohnung war gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und super sauber. Außerdem hat uns die Lage gut gefallen: die Seen und auch Salzburg als Kulturstadt waren schnell zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben ist jedoch die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber; sie waren bei jedem Anliegen hilfsbereit und hatten auf Nachfrage stets einen guten Tipp fĂŒr uns. Danke nochmals dafĂŒr!

Trùs propre et trùs joli mais ne correspond pas tout à fait à l’annonce

TrĂšs joliment dĂ©corĂ©, trĂšs propre et confortable mais ne correspond pas tout Ă  fait Ă  l’annonce, avec 2 points qui nous ont plus particuliĂšrement dĂ©rangĂ©s : - ce n’est pas un appartement indĂ©pendant mais le dernier Ă©tage de la maison en haut de l’escalier principal qui ne ferme pas (impossible de s’isoler complĂštement tant au niveau du bruit que de l’indĂ©pendance mĂȘme si les propriĂ©taires se sont montrĂ©s trĂšs discrets). Nous avons Ă©tĂ© obligĂ©s de constamment demander aux enfants de fermer les portes des chambres et du sĂ©jour (leur bruit a peut ĂȘtre dĂ©rangĂ© les autres locataires quand mĂȘme). La photo du hall sur l’annonce est d’ailleurs celle de l’étage infĂ©rieur. - connexion wifi de trĂšs mauvaise qualitĂ© : Ă  certains moments connexion impossible ou tellement lente qu’il Ă©tait mĂȘme impossible d’envoyer un mail (cela correspondait en gĂ©nĂ©ral au moment oĂč les autres locataires etaient prĂ©sents, le dĂ©bit ne doit pas ĂȘtre suffisant). Nous avons alertĂ© la propriĂ©taire sur ce point qui semblait au courant du problĂšme mais n’avait pas de solution Ă  proposer D’autres points moins gĂȘnants mais pas tout Ă  fait conformes : - il est annoncĂ© 2 chambres avec leur salle de bain, en fait une seule chambre communique directement avec une salle de bain et il y a des wc et une douche sĂ©parĂ©e dans le petit hall pour la deuxiĂšme (en haut de l’escalier donc) - 2 tĂ©lĂ©visions au lieu des 3 annoncĂ©es (bien que cela n’est Ă©videmment pas Ă©tĂ© un critĂšre de choix) - pas de lave-linge dans l’appartement mais en partage au rdc (ce qui est beaucoup moins pratique quand on voyage en famille) - cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e mais qui manque de couverts (seulement 5 couverts ce qui est un peu juste pour 5 personnes) - la propriĂ©taire nous a montrĂ© le jardin arriĂšre oĂč se trouvent les lapins mais n’a pas proposĂ© aux enfants de jouer sur le devant de la maison oĂč se trouve la balançoire. Y avions nous accĂšs ? De plus, contrairement Ă  d’autres commentaires, nous n’avons pas eu un contact particuliĂšrement sympathique avec la propriĂ©taire. La prise de congĂ© a mĂȘme Ă©tĂ© plutĂŽt surprenante, sans mĂȘme le minimum de politesse attendue qui consisterait Ă  dire au revoir et Ă  s’enquĂ©rir du bon dĂ©roulement du sĂ©jour.
