Finest Villa Zell am See - Skihaserl
Top class holiday !! The completely newly renovated house is in a top location of Zell am See. The "CityXpress" ski lift can be reached after only ca. 200 m, this takes you up to the Schmittenhöhe. The perfect starting point for a winter or summer vacation. The lake and the town are also just a few minutes' walk away.
The house has been renovated to a very high quality and with great attention to detail. There is a space in the carport and an outside parking space for the apartment. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine. You can store your skis and mountain bikes in the storage room, there is also a ski boot dryer.
The apartment "Skihaserl" is on the ground floor and is divided as follows:
- Entrance area with guest toilet
- bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom (bath, shower and toilet)
- Living area with sofa bed, dining area, exit to the terrace, TV
- Modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
- bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom (shower, toilet)
The house can also be rented as a unit. The penthouse can also accommodate up to 6 people.
