A hard-to-find gem at prestigious Lely Resort. IN-SEASON availability for December 2024, April 2024, January 2025 and March 15-April 30, 2025. OFF SEASON longer term rentals available May through end of October.

This spacious condo is light & bright with triple sliders to a screened lanai overlooking lush landscaping & only steps to the very large community pool/hot tub. The main living area is spacious and open. Large master bedroom with king sized bed with electronic adjustable base, TV and new walk-in shower & walk-in closet. The guest bedroom and full bath is at the opposite end, allowing owners & guests their privacy. A third bedroom/den between serves as a combination bedroom and office, with a queen pull-out sofa and a flat screen TV. Well-equipped kitchen with pantry & plenty of cabinets, workspace & appliances. Parking space for 2 cars in driveway. We provide 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, plenty of beach towels, a portable cooler and 2 yoga mats, pickleball equipment, and a Ninja juicer for our health-conscious guests.

Fishing and golfing (70 golf courses) are not hobbies here, they are a way of life. Lely Resort offers 2 public championship golf courses! Close to downtown Naples with its eclectic mix of dining & shopping & sugary white beaches! It is easy to see why Naples was voted the HAPPIEST AND HEALTHIEST city in the United States!

Naples and the surrounding area is a paradise that has something for everyone. Nearby attractions include idyllic Marco Island, glitzy 5th Avenue with fine dining and galleries, Tin City and the 3rd Street Marketplace. Watch the dolphins or fish from the famous Naples Pier. The Mercato Center has food adventures and live music pubs. Foodies will love the many gourmet restaurants for fine dining…and of course, happy hours abound! Numerous nature preserves and trails are located within driving distance, as well as the Everglades, Botanical Gardens, and the Naples Zoo.

There is a one month minimum for all bookings in our Association. All guests must complete an application for HOA approval.

Super clean property with a great location-easy access to Naples, Marco and the Everglades. Nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings and the owners are super responsive to any questions or requests. Loved it!

We are a 59+ couple who have been in love with Naples for many years. We are beach people who have to escape our New England home from time. We wanted to have a place where our many children and grandchildren can gather and make some memories. We could think of no place better than Naples to share our lives with them.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Lely when we visited friends there. The proximity to Marco and Naples beaches was a definite plus that convinced us to buy a property in Naples after renting for many years.

What makes this property unique

Our condo has a huge heated pool with a hot tub. Our master bedroom has a king sized bed with an adjustable base for reading in bed or watching TV. LelyI resort is quick jaunt down the Tamiami Trail to Fifth Avenue and Downtown, and has easy access to beach areas. Lely is a great location because it is a bit out of the hustle of downtown Naples but still has all the amenities, such as numerous stores and restaurants.
