Nice home in Krk with sauna

First-class and excellently equipped holiday home with its own pools. There is both an indoor and an outdoor pool. The house is situated in the small village of Kosi in a quiet location. It is ideal for families and couples who want to spend their holiday together and can accommodate 8 people. There is a refreshing open-air swimming pool and sun loungers in front of the house. Right next to it is an extensive seating area, which offers plenty of space for cosy get-togethers. Of course, there is also an outdoor barbecue where you can prepare culinary specialities.

Large glass surfaces serve as a seamless transition from the living and kitchen area as well as from one of the bedrooms to the garden terrace. Three further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms await you on the upper floor. Each bedroom has a smart TV, a safe and access to the balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the sea and the countryside. On the ground floor there is also a wellness area with an indoor pool measuring approx. 22 m² and a sauna. In the basement there is a wine cellar and leisure facilities such as billiards and table football.

The fact that the entire house is equipped with a heating and cooling system that meets the requirements of even the most demanding guests is a particular pleasure all year round.

The proximity of the town of Krk and other places on the island is ideal for short day trips and to the numerous beaches that the islanders are particularly proud of. However, if you are planning longer day trips, we recommend visiting the Risnja National Park, Plitvice Lakes or the Uka Nature Park.
