The FeWo Seemöwe is located directly on the coast in the south of the sunny island of Fehmarn - Ferienresidenz 75 in OT Staberdorf.

The approx. 43 sqm apartment located on the ground floor offers a view of the sea from the balcony and the adjacent natural beach with its own bathing jetty can be reached on foot in approx. 50m.
Already in the morning before breakfast, with the first mug of coffee in hand - pure enjoyment!

The brightly and modernly furnished apartment seagull has been completely renovated and has a living room with an open kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. The hallway in the entrance area also offers a large mirror cabinet with sufficient storage space.
The technical equipment for good entertainment includes a. the very modern flat screen with satellite / cable TV, DVD player and radio incl. CD / BT / USB. There is also free WiFi available in the apartment. To take care of your physical well-being in the well-equipped kitchen a. a two-plate induction hob, a separate oven, as well as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and milk frother are available. The living and dining area is furnished with a comfortable large couch and coffee table as well as a separate dining table and invites you to relax. The bedroom has a bed with a bed area of 1.40mx 2.00m. With the window open you wake up here in the morning laughing at the seagulls. The bathroom has a bathtub incl. Shower panel shaded and provides cozy comfort.
The south-west facing balcony is equipped with a table and chairs and a WEBER electric grill and invites you to linger until the evening hours. You will also find a hammock and a parasol. Here you can enjoy the fabulous fresh sea air and the Baltic Sea view.

Various board games and books, as well as a folder with interesting information about excursions, events and gastronomy on the island are available in the apartment.
For the beach visit there is a beach ball game and a windbreak.

A private parking space is available and bicycles brought or rented can be stored in the bicycle parking spaces directly at the house or in the bicycle room in the basement. There is also a washing and drying room in the basement with a coin-operated washing machine.

On the nearby campsite (approx. 500m) a small supermarket opens from spring until late summer, u. a. with fresh bread on offer as well as an adjacent bistro.
A surfing and diving school and a rental for stand-up paddling are also located there, directly on the well-kept bathing beach with DLRG station.
The famous south beach or the lighthouse Staberhuk can be reached on a walk directly on the coastline in about 4 km.
