This house was great for our family. The back yard was spacious, the beds were comfortable, there were enough towels for our entire family for the weekend without having to wash, and the kitchen was stocked with all necessary gadgets! Our favorite part of this house was the character it displayed. There was a wall of trinkets that was so interesting! You can expect to see anything from a rock to an antique admiral style hat. There were also board games to keep the kiddos busy. Will see this house again.

What a unique and inviting home! We enjoyed our stay immensely and found the home to be inviting, relaxing and perfect for our family's needs! Each room had a theme and the artwork was something everyone appreciated! The bookshelf contained an amazing collection of items and books that were intriguing for all ages. The floor plan was delightful and accommodated our large family easily. The beds slept comfortably and we enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen. The neighborhood is in a great area, both for historical architecture and fun restaurants and shops. We loved walking in the neighborhood! Scott was very responsive and extremely helpful. Such a memorable stay! Sincerely wish there were more homes (and hosts) like this on VRBO!

There are PROS to this rental: it is convenient to all of Montgomery, the price is reasonable, the host is very communicative, the A/C works great and it is well stocked for towels/linens/papertowels.There are CONS to this rental: it is quite old and in need of renovation, especially the bathrooms. There is a musty smell throughout the house which improves with running the A/C but is always there.

Four adults stayed 2 nights and we were very comfortable! We loved the massage chair. We did worry about the absence of smoke detectors.
