Nice that you feel the desire to experience Kühlungsborn with its long, wide, white beaches. Extensive forests of nearby cooling, the proximity to Doberan, Rostock, Wismar, Güstrow, Lübeck and Stralsund make Kühlungsborn a special starting point. Explore the surrounding area with our narrow-gauge railway "Molli".

Our comfortable 3-room wheelchair apartment has a bedroom with two electric care beds and direct access to the barrier-free bathroom with shower / toilet. Additional facilities include a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette.
The apartment also has a second bedroom and a small guest bathroom with shower / toilet. A terrace with a beach chair connects directly to the living and dining area.
In front of the house there is an extra wide parking space for the time of your stay.

Tools such as electric lifters, shower wheelchairs, wheelchairs and rollators can be borrowed.

Our holiday home can also be booked by groups for up to 12 people in the off-season.

Our accommodation price includes bed linen, towels and a parking space for the duration of your stay.
