This newly renovated home offers all the amenities of home including air conditioning, charcoal grill, high-speed internet, and a washer/dryer.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy your home away from home!

The Space:
Come stay in this fully furnished 2 bedroom, one bath home away from home. Cuddle up in the queen-size bed in one room or have guests stay in a twin daybed and a twin trundle underneath. The spacious living room contains a sleeper sofa.

Guest Access:
The full kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, cookware, a dining set, a Keurig k-cup coffee maker, and drinkware. Linens and towels provided. Private laundry room attached to the back patio.

Getting Around:
The driveway is shared between properties. When parking, please choose the spot closest to your accommodation and avoid blocking access to the other property.

Interaction with Guests:
Please do not hesitate to message or call me through the app, at any point during your stay if there are any issues with appliances, internet, plumbing or any additional household needs. My goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your stay.

Great Place to Stay

This property is great for a weekend stay with a group of friends. This listing is a duplex! This is not explicitly stated in the description. The communication is only auto generated messages from the host. I reached out to them before the stay with a few questions, but never received a response. The questions were later answered in automated messages one day before the stay. Thankfully, we had no issues whatsoever during the stay, but please be aware of this. Overall, this is a great place to stay minus the lack of communication that isn’t automated.

Note! if you're looking for anything other than automated messages, this isn't the best place for you. Also note, despite the reference to "residence" this is a duplex. Tried to cancel 10 days out once I got the address and saw that it was a multi-family dwelling despite it being listed under "house" and received zero response from the host. I see this was a complaint from another guest and assumed it was a one off. spoiler, it wasn't.

Home as described and expected

In town for the holidays and needed a space to lay our heads. This home served its purpose well. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. There’s also a pull out couch for a couple more people if needed. Looked like there were lots of movie option available, but we never had time to use the tv.
