Comfortable and spacious villa is located in a quiet area, in the tourist town of Premantura, one of the most popular Adriatic summer resorts, near the nature park
Cape Kamenjak, famous for its beautiful beach promenades and sea bays.
Villa Nocciola is comfortably and modernly furnished: living area on the ground floor with a fireplace, a fully and modern equipped kitchen, the exit to the garden and pool and a Finnish sauna with its own bathroom.
In the house all 6 bedrooms have air conditioning and LCD TV.
From the terrace there is a wonderful view of the sea, the Premantura and the Kamenjak nature park.
The villa is fully air-conditioned.
On the completely fenced property there is a pool, an outdoor whirlpool with warm water, a barbecue area, an outdoor kitchen and a covered dining area.
This charming villa is located in the small town of Premantura, which is known for Cape Kamenjak, the nature park where rocky beaches alternate with sandy bays. Cape Kamenjak is one of the top 10 most popular summer vacation spots in the Mediterranean.

Premantura offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. It is not uncommon for professional athletes to choose Premantura as their holiday destination in order to develop their skills and strength there. Accordingly, the other visitors can also enjoy soccer, volleyball, horse riding, tennis, a variety of water sports (such as Windsurfing, kayaking u. a.) practice. The long coastline and an archipelago with small islands are perfect for discovering the most popular beach and for adventure trips by boat, which is by the way very cheap to rent. In the evening you can enjoy your refreshment in numerous restaurants, bars or pastry shops. But if you are a lover of nightlife, you will find suitable entertainment in the clubs or at events in the neighboring town of Pula.

Très bon séjour

Maison très bien conçue, très propre et fonctionnelle, située juste à côté du parc naturel de Kamenjak avec de nombreuses plages magnifiques. Très bon contact et grande disponibilité de l’agence qui a répondu à toutes nos questions. Une adresse à retenir.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir sind zu 10. für eine Woche in dem Haus gewesen und es war perfekt! Die Größe des Hauses hat optimal gepasst, auch der Pool und Whirlpool waren super. Check-in und Check-out verliefen schnell und reibungslos, auch war die Vermieterin immer erreichbar. Immer wieder gerne!

Empfehlenswert!

Ganz schöne Unterkunft. Waren zu zehnt da. Viel Platz. Schön am Rand des Parkes gelegen, dadurch jetzt im Herbst bei wohl etwas weniger Gästen rundherum sehr ruhig. Gutes Angebot mit allem, was erholsame Ferien ausmachen. Gerne wieder mal!
