This holiday home is suitable for larger groups or families who want to spend a relaxing holiday together. In the house you will find 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 6 kitchens, 6 living rooms, free Wi-Fi. The location is quiet with complete privacy and not far from the grocery store and the sea. Behind the house is a refreshing pool, surrounded by green vegetation. On the ground floor there is a large communal kitchen as well as a large common room with billiard table for the villa guests only. The property is completely fenced so that even the smallest can play without care. We recommend trips to the nearby places. The most famous is the Pula Amphitheater, which offers a lot of art and culture in the summer as well as a good entertainment program.

Excursions by sailboat (10 m length) with the owner are possible on request (extra).

Check in was easy, the facilities at the villa were well looked after and clean and the host Manuela was also on hand and very helpful.Villa was perfect for our large group with many rooms and kitchens. Allowed the 12 of us to have great time but also gave us space to do separate meals hung if needed.Would recommend!

Perfect for friends with families

A great location, nice pool and good service. We also enjoyed the barbecue area and the big kitchen with dining room. Our group of 20 people including kids aged 2-10 yrs had a great time!

Amazing residence

Perfect Destination for large groups. Enough private space because of six Apartments and wonderfull shared places (Pool,kitchen,etc.) Much destinations for excursions within few Kilometers.

Great holiday in Pula

This is a great property to rent if you are a large group. It has a fabulous pool and outdoor area and the bedrooms are split into 6 apartments with a separate kitchen and room with a pool table. Manuela is an amazing host, immediately on hand on the odd occasion we needed her

Our stay was fantastic, All apartments were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The communal kitchen and area was used a lot and the outside space was simply amazing with a lovely pool , nice big grill and family eating area along with a great garden space.Manuela the host was brilliant, she was very responsive before and during the trip and gave some some excellent recommendations for things to do and restaraumts to eat at, she simply couldn't do enough for us. The location we thought was great, it was quiet and private which we wanted but within a short walking distance of supermarkets and Pula town. We were an extended family of 15 and the accommodation was perfect for a large group. We would love to go back and visit and would 100% book this accommodation if available.Manuela a very big thankyou for your warm hospitality.

Amazing Villa

We have been a group of 13 young people and really enjoyed our stay! All apartments as well as the common room and the pool were all absolutely clean and very nice! we liked to play billiard and spent our days at the pool and in the garden where it‘s enough space to play volleyball or soccer! Manuela was also very kind and everything before and during our stay worked great. We definitely can recommend this location for groups of young people as well as for groups of family’s with young children :) we had an awesome week and would love to come back some day! Thank you :)

Wir waren 14 Personen und 2 Hunde. Das ist wirklich ein perfektes Haus mit lauter getrennten Wohneinheiten und einem großen Poolhaus.Die Betreuung durch Manuela, der Inhaberin war super. Jederzeit telefonisch verfügbar und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass sich die Hunde frei bewegen können.Einfach ein Traum von einem Ferienhaus.Von uns gibt es 10/10 Punkten!!!

Wunderschönes Sauberes Anwesen für einen Gruppenurlaub

Wir waren Anfang Mai 2025 mit einer Gruppe von 19 Erwachsenen (Alterschnitt ca. 30 Jahre) dort. Bereits im Vorfeld hat die Kommunikation mit Manuela (der Vermieterin) wunderbar funktioniert. Vor Ort war alles wie beschrieben, in meinen Augen sogar noch schöner und moderner als auf den Fotos und sehr sauber. Durch die große Einfahrt und den Pool auf der Gebäuderückseite war es dort immer sehr ruhig. Alle Gäste haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt, auch durch die Nähe zur Stadt Pula (ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß, oder 5 Minuten mit dem Auto) war für jeden eine Möglichkeit dabei sich zu beschäftigen. Auch während dem Aufenthalt war Manuela immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Für mich und alle Mitreisenden eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Haben uns (4 Fam.m.6 Kindern) sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die getrennten Wohnungen war genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeit für alle Familien. Alles war sauber. Pula Centrum u. die umliegenden Strände gut in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen. Von Vorteil wären noch ein paar Sonnenschirme am Pool. Kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus mit unseren vier Familien, einschließlich der Kinder. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns und bot viel Platz und Aktivitäten für alle. Der Pool war ein Highlight – sauber, gut gepflegt und eine großartige Möglichkeit, die Kinder zu beschäftigen. Der Grillbereich war ideal für gemeinsame Abendessen, und wir haben es genossen, im Gemeinschaftsbereich zusammenzukommen und Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Der Billardtisch war eine tolle Ergänzung für ein wenig freundschaftlichen Wettbewerb unter den Erwachsenen. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Erfahrung in einem Haus, das alles bot, was wir für einen erholsamen und unterhaltsamen Urlaub brauchten!

Absolut perfekte Villa

Wir sind zu 13. angereist und hatten einen super Empfang mit Fr. Erman - super unkompliziert und nett. Die Wohnungen waren top gepflegt und sauber. Es hätte Schlafplätze für 20 Personen gegeben. Die eigenen Wohnungen sind ein Traum und auch der Outdoorbereich mit Outdoortisch, Grill, Waschbecken, Pool, Liegen und einem großen Rasen waren toll. Rundum ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir sind alle sehr glücklich über diese Unterkunft.

Das Anwesen liegt etwas abseits der Stadt. Diese ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Frau Erman war sehr aufmerksam wenn es darum ging kleinere Mängel zu beseitigen. Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern !

Wir - eine Familie mit anhängigen Generation und Freunden - waren mit 13 Personen von Mitte Juni für 14 Tage in dem sehr schönen Ferienhausdomizil, und haben hier unseren Jahresurlaub verbracht. Hervorzuheben ist die Weitläufigkeit des Areals mit überdachtem Grillplatz, die Größe der einzelnen Unterkünfte und das in karibikblau schimmernde Schwimmbad. Auch möchten wir die Fürsorglichkeit der Vermieterin - Frau Erman - hervorheben. Wer hier nicht gewesen ist, hat was verpaßt ! Fazit: Wir alle haben hier gemeinsam einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht .

6 super Appartments, ideal für eine Gruppe

Es sind 6 Appartments, 4x mit 2 Betten und 2x mit 4 Betten. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist etwas klein, um für eine Gruppe mit 16 Personen zu kochen. Jedoch hat jedes Appartment nochmals eine Küche. Teilweise haben wir uns dann aufgeteilt. Gegessen haben wir dann draussen im Garten. Für 16 Personen sind die Appartments gerade gut. Mehr Erwachsene ist für uns nicht empfehlenswert. Die Lage in der Nähe von Pula und dem Meer ist gut, jedoch wird ein Auto benötigt. Der Pool war super und wurde auch gereinigt, während der Woche. Im Ganzen können wir diese Anlage empfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub für große Familien sehr zu empfehlen

Den Ausführungen der schon vorhandenen Bewertungen kann ich nichts hinzufügen. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten (die es aber immer gibt) ein perfekter Ort Urlaub mit seiner Familie und/oder Freunden zu machen.
