Lovely Villa right in the heart of Medulin.

Great Villa for a large family. We had all ages from Grandparents to teenagers here for a week and the Villa was perfect for all. Close to everything in town so a car is not really needed unless you want the big supermarket out of town.

This property was absolutely perfect. The listing pictures do not do it justice! It is soo much nicerEverything about the villa has been carefully thought out and created.Each of the bedrooms are well sized with en-suite and dedicated aircon!The pool and jacuzzi were pristine and maintained throughout our stay perfectly - even with 18 people jumping in and out all week.The rest of the grounds and house were super clean and tidy.The host Nikola was as helpful as is possible - he assisted with a number of requests with a smile and no delay.The villa is located a few minute walk from the local marina which gave a huge amount of choice for dinners, as well as access to boats that run sunset & dolphin watching tours.I would 100% recommend the host and the villa to any large groups, you will have an amazing time.

Perfect vacation home

We had an amazing time staying at this property, 17 of us stayed ranging from age 3 to age 50, there was so much to keep us all entertained, pool, bbq area, football, football table, bicycles, games console, sauna, gym and more, the villa was spotlessly clean and well equipt, all bedrooms en suite, the area outside of the villa is great, a shop just across the road. We went in october so out of season so many shops and bars were closed for the winter, we still managed to eat and drink out in different places and went on an amazing boat trip. For a large group i would 100% reccomend this villa; our host was respectful, helpful and very friendly. We hope to come back

A friends holiday with families to Croatia in Medulin. We hired this villa with 9 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom for the last week of May. The weather was great, not too hot, getting hotter as the week went on. The villa is perfectly located with 5 minute walk of the restaurants, marina, park and the local sights. There is even a like market over the road for essentials, a lovely bakery up the road for freshly baked goods at very reasonable prices! You do not need a car if you stay in Medulin as everything is so close but the drive accommodates 4 cars easily. The drive is shared with a neighbour to gain access to their property. Each room had the necessities, with little touches such as water glasses, hairdryer and even glow in the dark stickers for the light switches. Also, lovely lighting, air conditioning and mosquito repellent plug ins in each room. 3 rooms have balconies. Comfy beds and great bathrooms. The villa kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, along with an outside area to cook and eat. Small sofa seating area, one of the only things that could be improved - another sofa would have been beneficial but we managed!The pool in unheated, as the season had only just started and hadn’t been warmed by the sun, it was cold but you got used to it. By the end of the week with the warmer weather it had warmed up. Peak season this will not be an issue. Lovely pool, great size with little pool for kids and to relax in.

Das Haus war genau so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und hat vor Ort unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen. Alles war geräumig und sehr sauber! Auch das ganze Ambiete hat uns sehr gefallen. Der riesige Innenhof bieten ausreichend Platz für mehrere Fahrzeuge. Die gesamte Ausstattung war sehr gepflegt und der Pool in einem top Zustand. Besonders hervor zu heben war die Gastfreundlichkeit unseres Gastgebers! Er hatte immer Interesse daran dass alles reibungslos läuft und war per WhatsApp immer erreichbar und hat während unseres Aufenthalts sofort auf Rückfragen geantwortet. Außerdem hat er uns ein paar sehr gute Tipps bzgl. Restaurants und Ausflügen gegeben. Wir haben unseren Urlaub rundum genossen und würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus ist wirklich schön und großzügig. Der untere Wohnbereich ist auch für größere Gruppen wunderbar geeignet und hell und offen gestaltet. Es gibt genug Sitz Möglichkeiten für große Gruppen, Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.Die einzelnen Zimmer sind alle sehr ähnlich gestaltet und verfügen jeweils über ein Badezimmer, einen Fernseher und eine Klimaanlage. Der Pool und die Außenlage sind schön und gepflegt. Es gibt ausreichend Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten.Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und auf uns warteten zwei platten mit istrischen Spezialitäten warteten bereits auf uns. Probleme löste er so schnell es ging.Contra: die Elektrik der Küche macht kochen echt schwierig. Sobald mehrere Geräte gleichzeitig laufen, fliegt die Sicherung aus. Und ich meine hier nicht erst, wenn alle Geräte gleichzeitig laufen. Zwei Herdplatten, ein Wasserkocher und der Ofen reichen schon. Absolutes no go wenn man für große Gruppen kocht.Ein Zimmer hatte Schimmelbefall, der Vermieter kam zwar um den Schimmel vorübergehend zu entfernen, aber das Problem muss dauerhaft gelöst werden. Der whirlpool ist einfach ein kleiner Pool. Er ist nicht beheizt.Durch den schlechten Stromkreislauf bedingt, konnten wir einige Tage die Sauna nicht nutzen, weil das zu einem ausfallen der Sicherung geführt hat. Der Vermieter kam auch hier für eine kurzfristige Lösung

Schöne Zeit

Wir haben die Zeit als Gruppe sehr genossen. Sowohl alle gemeinsam als auch in kleineren Gruppierungen haben wir genug Raum gehabt. Beschreibung des Hauses entspricht der Realität. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei.

wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Villa

Wir waren alle 13 TN sehr positiv überrascht von der tollen Villa. Alle 9 DZ sind sehr sauber und schön renoviert. Alle haben schöne neue Bäder - teils mit, teils ohne Fenster. In der unteren Wohnetage mit der großen Küche und der langen Tafel haben wir jeden Morgen gemeinsam gefrühstückt. Ebenso haben wir täglich den gepflegten Pool genutzt. Draußen an der langen Tafel haben wir mehrfach gegrillt und den Abend genossen. Rundum ... eine tolle Woche! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
