This stunning villa can comfortably host up to 16 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking a memorable vacation experience.

The villa is composed of two identical units, Elite 1 and Elite 2, with a shared wall. Each unit boasts a private entrance, a spacious open-concept ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room, as well as an extra bathroom. On the first floor, you will find four elegant bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, along with a generous terrace that surrounds the entire building.

The villa is surrounded by a lush and fully enclosed garden, ensuring complete privacy and a safe and carefree environment. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with modern amenities, including a large swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill. There is also a children's playground located at the back of the property, providing a shaded area for kids to enjoy.

Awesome Vacation!

Very clean, easy check in and out, great communication with owner. House is located in a more remote area. But Pula and Beach are easily and quickly reachable by car. If we come back to this area, we definitely will book this again!

Great stay, just a few snags

Property was great for our family trip. The pools were brilliant, as well as the additional kids play area bits and the layout of the properties. We had such a good holiday and the property played a big part in it. The floors (although didn't look it) were quite dirty as all of our feet were filthy from walking barefoot in the properties. Nice quiet area, but would have been good to be walking distance of some more restaurants/eateries and a local shop

Great stay, few minor snags

We had a brilliant time at the property, it suited us really well for a wider family trip including toddlers and young children. The pools were great, the layout suited us brilliantly, and the additional kids play area was well used! No high chair in the property which wasn't ideal and the floors (although didn't look it) were dirty as all our feet were filthy from walking round the property barefoot. The location was great from the airport and Pula, but would have been good to have some more restaurants/eateries and local shops within walking distance.

The villa boasts not one, but two breathtaking swimming pools, each a refreshing oasis under the Pula sun. Whether you're seeking a peaceful morning swim or an afternoon of family fun, the pools provide the perfect setting. The well-maintained surroundings add to the charm, with lush greenery and inviting lounging areas. For our little ones, the playgrounds were a highlight. The joy on their faces as they explored the swings, slides, and playhouses was priceless. It's evident that Villa Elita goes above and beyond to cater to families, making it an ideal destination for those with children.

Wunderschönes, familienfreundliches Gasthaus!

Wir sind immer noch überwältigt mit positiven Eindrücken! Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und da ist wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Der riesige Garten und Pool ist wunderbar. Die Kinder spielten den ganzen Tag im freien. Wirklich ein toller Urlaub fürdie Ganze Familie. :)) Die Lage ist ebenso fantastisch. Komplett von Natur umgeben, jedoch nur eine kurze Fahrt entfernt von allem was man so braucht. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus vom Herzen!
