The apartment is on the 2nd Floor and has an east-facing balcony. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 48 m² for 4 people. Equipment: The entire apartment is covered with terracotta-colored floor tiles. The spacious kitchen (including a dishwasher and oven) and the dining area are located in the hallway. In the living room with the balcony there is a sofa bed for 2 people. The bedroom has two single beds that can be put together. The bathroom is a shower room. Washer and dryer are in the house. A separate parking space is in the underground car park (1.90m clearance height). This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
