Second floor apartment situated across the street from Saratoga Race Course with view of main track, down the street from the Casino and SPAC. Spacious and bright. 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 with a new queen restonic bed and the other with 2 twin beds. Ample closet space. 1.5 baths. Full bath includes a washer and dryer. Queen bedroom and full bath both have a view of the main track at Saratoga Race Course. Full kitchen with Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, coffee pot, toaster, dishes and utensils.
Redone in June 2016. New wood vinyl planking throughout in 2017. Private deck off of kitchen with table, umbrella and chairs.
Absolutely NO PETS & NO SMOKING. Please note, apartment is above Mexican Connection restaurant and is on the second floor, it is necessary to go up a flight of stairs to access this apartment. We do not provide personal hygiene products other than hand soap.
