Lil' whimsical spa escape near Downtown, beaches and NAS
Beachy whimsical cozy house with hot tub for two! Inflatable hot tub will be ready for your arrival with advance notice (for cleaning etc.). All essentials plus more in the kitchen and bathroom. Two TVs Roku Netflix premium Pandora along with high-speed internet. "800 sq ft little house" comfortable for two or three adults or two adults and 2 small children. Plenty of parking. Chico Bayou Park only couple blocks in neighborhood launch a kayak/canoe, fish from dock. Beautiful views!! You can play in the playground or play around with catching blue crabs!! Many restaurants, shopping, laundromat, everything you need very close.

Before I found beautiful Pensacola, I lived in Zephyrhills (central Florida) where I was raised. Living here I enjoy water activities like taking my boat out. I'm not very good with fishing or crabbing but it's fun trying. When I'm not working on a house, you might see me cruising on my electric bike that I also love.
What I love about hosting, is trying with my resources, to give you a pleasant stay, hoping you have smiled somewhere along the way.

Why they chose this property
Most of the houses in the neighborhood built in 50's for military housing. I live in the area "out of range of the little house", I know many neighbors and feel comfortable by myself riding my bike at any time day or night in the neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves. It's all good at the little house!

Little house is like no other! One of a kind beachy whimsical artwork with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. And newly installed hot tub!
For two people possibly three! Wonderful bubbles and it is inflatable so let's be careful!
