Family-friendly, cozy accommodation with a beautiful garden plot

Our comfortably furnished family accommodation is located in a quiet and well-kept park, 500 m from the Grevelingenmeer. Despite being close to the lively center of Aquadelta, our holiday home offers a quiet location with pleasant privacy and a family-friendly garden. The predominantly renewed furnishings create a cozy atmosphere. Have breakfast on the terrace or relax in the sun. For us it is a wonderfully relaxing place.
Only the bathroom is functional but unfortunately also small.
In about 500m you will also find the center of Aquadelta with indoor pool, bowling, mini golf, trampoline, restaurant, supermarket and bike rental.
Distances: Golf course approx. 500 m, Bruinisse 2 km, picturesque harbor town Zierikzee approx. 12 km, the beautiful North Sea beaches like Burg Hamsteede and Renesse approx. 25 minutes by car, Middelburg 26 km, Rotterdam approx. 55 km

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well-equipped. It was the perfect base for our fishing trip, with quick and easy access to both Hollands Diep and Haringvliet. We enjoyed every moment and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Leider fehlten in der Küche Mülleimer zur Mülltrennung. Des Weiteren macht die Heizung laute Geräusche, was vor allem nachts störend war, sodass wir sie auf Frostschutz stellen mussten, um in Ruhe schlafen zu können. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Ruhiges, abseits vom Trubel gelegenes, Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Besonders die Küche war bestens ausgestattet. Die einzige Toilette im EG war nicht so optimal. Die Treppe war für uns eine Herausforderung, für jüngere Menschen sicherlich kein Hindernis. Wir konnten uns gut erholen.

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einer Entfernung von wenigen Autominuten, guter Startpunkt für viele Ausflüge in umliegende schöne Städtchen und an tolle Badestrände.Wir kommen gern wieder!

Alles war schön und komfortabel bis auf die offene Duschksbine, das Wasser spritzte auf den ganzen Raum bis zum Waschbecken, plus, es wäre schön, die Fenster mit Mosquitoe- Netzen zu versehen. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung und Möblierung sehr schön :) Danke

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub

Gute ruhige Lage, schöner Garten. Das Ferienhaus ist schön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zu Details.Einziger Punkt, der uns ein bisschen gestört hat, ist, dass die Toilette unter ist uns alle Schlafzimmer om 1.OG, ist aber auch kein Kritikpunkt.

Gemütliches Häuschen für entspannte Ferien

Wir haben uns pudelwohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist liebevoll möbliert, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Umgebung ruhig mit Vogelkonzert und Froschgequake. Herrlich!

schöne, aber ausbaufähige Unterkunft

An sich ist die Unterkunft ein uriges, süßes und kleines Haus. Es hat eine schöne Lage, ist nahe dem Wasser, ist schön zum Fahrrad fahren und spazieren gehen. Nur der Spielplatz müsste mal erneuert werden. Im Sommer sitzt man bestimmt gemütlich im Garten und die Kinder toben sich aus. So auch drinnen. Bis auf ein Treppengitter fehlt es ihnen wahrscheinlich an nichts. Auch in der Küche ist alles da. Allerdings kam man ins Haus rein und es roch muffig. Die Reinigungskraft hatte es wohl eilig. Denn es wirkte nicht geputzt. Lediglich die Badezimmer waren sauber (Dusche, Waschbecken, Toilette). Der Rest war staubig und gewischt wirkte es auch nicht. Das ist keine 75€ wert, zumal an der Tür 65€ steht. Selbst Dinge auf Augenhöhe oder in schneller Handnutzung hatten eine dicke Staubdecke. Decken und Kissen rochen, als wären sie lange nicht gewaschen worden. Als Allergiker war es nicht so angenehm. Auch der angepriesene Kamin konnte nicht genutzt werden, da man nicht an das Holz kam. Es gab viele Schlüssel im Haus, aber ein Schuppen mit Holz ging nicht zu öffnen und der Schuppen für die Liegen und den Grill, war nicht abschließbar. Somit gab es auch keinen sicheren Platz für Fahrräder. Witzig war die Tatsache, dass wir tagelang zwei Lichtschalter vergebens gesucht haben und sie am Ende durch Zufall gefunden haben:D

Schönes Haus in toller Lage. Strandnähe. Sehr ruhig. Im Haus alles vorhanden, schöner Garten zum relaxen, Fußball spielen etc. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Möbel in sehr gutem Zustand, vor allem saubere Betten. Leider sehr viele Spinnennetze im ganzen Haus, die wir nach Ankunft erstmal entfernt haben. Kleines (aber neues) Badezimmer, keine Möglichkeit, Kleidung abzulegen, wenig Platz für Handtücher von 5 Gästen.

Séjour avec enfants en bas âge

Super séjour dans cette petite pépite ! La maison est bien équipée et très bien située dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Très bonne localisation pour visiter les environs de cette jolie région ! Il y a un lit bébé avec un matelas, mais pas de chaise haute. Il manquerai peut être juste une paroi de douche pour éviter que la salle de bain soit mouillée, pas très pratique la douche à l’italienne avec des enfants de 3 et 1 an. Arrivée et départ très pratique avec une boîte à clé ! Nous pensons déjà à y retourner et à parler de cette destination autour de nous ! Eine nette stilvolle Wohnung

Die FW war gut und liebevoll ausgestattet und als extra auch für Kleinkinder Kinderbücher und Brettspiele vorhanden. Das WLAN und der Fernseher waren super für eine FW. Das Mobiliar innen und außen auch sehr gut. Schöne sehr ruhige Lage lädt auch zu schönen Spaziergängen bis zum Jachthafen ein. Wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen vielen Dank dafür!
