WELCOME!Our new, lovingly and stylishly designed apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Schwerin city harbor and thus in the heart of our beautiful state capital Schwerin. The apartment in a quiet location has a large, fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area, a modern living room with a flat-screen TV, music system (radio, DAB +, CD, WiFi and Bluetooth), a cozy bedroom with a double bed (test winner mattresses) and Flat-screen TV, a spacious daylight bathroom with toilet, bath / shower enclosure and a washing machine with dryer, a separate work area with its own desk in the hallway and a courtyard-side balcony with table and chairs. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a two-family house and is for 2 to max. 3 people (foldable extra bed) + toddler (max. 3 years) suitable. The extra bed is possible in the bedroom or in the living area. Accommodation for children up to 3 years is free of charge. Bed linen for the children's travel bed available with us is to be brought along. The initial equipment for your laundry package consists of bed linen and a towel set for each person booked. The beds are of course made for you on your arrival. Bath rugs and dish towels are ready for you. Unfortunately we cannot offer a parking space, but there is a public, fenced and restricted parking space less than 500 meters away. The cost is € 10 per day. Loading and unloading is possible at any time in front of the house. Any bicycles brought along can be parked on the in-house courtyard. Any accommodation tax that may be payable will be taken over by us as the host. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests to the state capital!
