Newly built Split Level home. Main floor features open kitchen and living room area with a half bath off the kitchen. Also, one bedroom with private bathroom. Lower lever features two more Queen bedrooms with private bathrooms. All bedrooms have Roku TVs so you can stream your favorite shows after a long day exploring. Also on lower level you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer for your use.
This home is close to everything. Located in the Historic district.

Wow, we were amazed by this property! Everything was new and it was in a good location. All the rooms were extremely spacious. All 3 bedrooms had their own bathroom with shower and 2 sinks. Kitchen and living room were open with plenty of space. Really exceeded our expectations!

Wonderful wineries weekend

The house was so inviting and beautifully updated! It was a short walk away from all of the bars and shops downtown and the Trolley picked you up right outside which was fantastic!! We had such a fun birthday weekend and the house and amenities made the stay that much better!

Perfect!

We were staying in Herman to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. While looking for a VRBO many of them were very nice but only had one bathroom which makes it difficult when getting ready for rehearsal dinner and the wedding day. This 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath home was perfect for all of us! This VRBO was updated, clean and conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Perfect for Bachelorette trip!

We loved this property for a girls’ getaway for a friend’s bachelorette trip! It was super clean, well decorated, and spacious. The beds were so comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was amazing! It’s also in a perfect location that’s close enough to the shops but also far enough away that you’re not parking right in traffic. The only thing I would caution others on is that the steps are the only way into the property. It makes it difficult for people with mobility issues or even just to carry luggage into the house. Overall an amazing property though!

Perfect girls getaway home

This house was perfect, it really has the wow factor. 3 large bedrooms, all with attached large bathrooms. Open floor plan with a huge table that we all fell in love with. Sitting area in back was quiet and the perfect place to hang out and drink our coffee in the morning. The beds were super comfy, and the bedding was so soft….we all slept like babies. Had no problem with hot water with 6 of us taking showers. The location was close to restaurants and bars, we walked everywhere, but the trolley did pick us up a couple times at the house to go to the wineries. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative we had was the stairs. We knew there would be a lot of steps, inside and out so it didn’t bother us at all but if someone has a problem with steps, it’s hard to avoid them.

We had a group of 8. The house was very spacious, clean and very charming and up to date . We had all the towels , hand towel and kitchen towels we needed. They thought of everything! Dish soap, shampoo, cream rinse . We did not want for anything. We all agreed that it was such a great choice for us . We would recommend it to anyone..

Great Place!

This was a perfect place for us to stay! Walking distance to everything. Every room having a bathroom is a MAJOR plus! There are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind. If it's rainy it got a little slick from some mud spots!

We grew up just about 45 minutes from Hermann. Hermann was always a great day trip for us. We love the local wineries, breweries and restaurants. We bought the lot and had so much fun building this home for others to enjoy Hermann like we do.
