The vacation home
Our cozy holiday home is in the back of the small complex. The ground floor is divided into living room, kitchen with dining room, storage room with shower and toilet and winter garden. From the living room and also from the dining room there is a cozy winter garden with exit to the terrace and garden. The garden is protected from view by a fence and a hedge.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds
There is a reserved parking space for your car at the house.

Haus mit Charakter

Das Haus liegt am Ende eines Ferienparks. Es ist sehr ruhig und hat eine optimale Lage zu Stadtmitte und zum Meer. Die Einrichtung des Hauses entspricht den Bildern im Charme der 80- Jahre und ist sehr vollgestellt eingerichtet. In der 1.Etage sind die Möbel bestimmt noch älter. Die vergilbten Plastikblumen rundeten das Bild ab. Die in der Hausbeschreibung aufgeführte Spülmaschine war leider nicht vorhanden. Wir trafen das Haus in einem Zustand vor, dass vermuten ließ, dass es schon lange nicht mehr bewohnt wurde. Sämtliches freistehende Porzellan und Gegenstände waren mit einer Patina überzogen und es wirkte ungepflegt. Die Ecken waren dreckig, um zum Teil mit Spinnweben. Auch das Badezimmer war dementsprechend. Eine Renovierung des Objektes ist nach unserer Meinung dringend notwendig.
