Private tennis and the breath taking waterfront beaches are a walk (or beach tram) away. Beach-side dining and lounging offered in cafés and restaurants. This quiet community is centrally located and walking distance from the up-scale Waterside Shops with great shopping and dining. The ARTIS -Naples Philharmonic and the outstanding Mercato Shopping and Entertainment Center are all within easy proximity.
Tastefully decorated 3BR/2BA includes split bedrooms layout, a spacious living room area, and eat-in kitchen with upgraded counter tops and breakfast table. The screened lanai houses leisure furniture for al fresco dining or relaxation. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with tub and shower. The main guest bedroom also has a king bed and shares a guest bathroom with the 3rd bedroom ( single day bed)/office.. Wi-fi internet and brand new flat screen TV’s are provided in the living room and the two main bedrooms. Washer and dryer included, and attached single garage.
San Marino is perfectly located in Pelican Bay, right across from the boardwalk to the beach tram. Enjoy all that Pelican Bay has to offer: private beach access, two beachfront restaurants, two tennis centers, state-of-the-art fitness center, bike and jogging paths, and kayak and canoe rentals.
