Centrally located. Within walking distance to the city center and the Kiel Canal.
In approx. 300 m there is a very good food market, a pharmacy and a drug store. The train station is only 600 meters away.
Separate entrance and parking in front of the house.
Please do not smoke in the house. There is a garden shed where smoking is allowed.
The final cleaning is included in the rental price.
