The apartment is located in Rabland, a district of Partschins at the foot of the Texel Group near Meran. The house is located off the road in a dead end, in a quiet location. The three-room apartment offers about 65 square meters of living space and is comfortably furnished for 4 people with two double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and bathroom. An additional person can be accommodated in the bedroom on an extra bed.
After a strenuous hike, enjoy the rays of the evening sun on the west balcony. Towels and bed linen are provided. A parking space is available. Shops, children's playground, bus stop, bank, inns, cafe, pizzeria are about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot.
The holiday village Partschins with Rabland is an ideal starting point for various activities in the Texel Group Nature Park. Both the hikes to the alpine regions and the mountain tours of different levels of difficulty make every mountaineer's heart beat faster. Even die-hard mountain bikers are not neglected on forest trails and trails. Two cable cars open up the two sides of the valley and make it easier to reach the height level or make the descent into the valley easier. The Partschins waterfall is not only a breathtaking natural spectacle, but also has a health-promoting effect due to the released water particles. If you want to take it easy, choose one of the many Waal routes in the Burggrafenamt or in the Vinschgau, move by bike on the bike paths along the Adige or visit the many surrounding sights. Gute gelegene Wohnung mit kleinen Abstrichen
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Haus mit acht anderem Ferienwohungen. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse. Es ist verhältnismäßig ruhig. Allerdings sind die Geräusche aus der Nachbarschaft (Hahn kräht, feiernde Gäste und bis 21.30 h spielende Kinder nicht zu überhören. Die Wohnung ist sauber, besitzt zwei große Schlafzimmer, einen Wohn- Essbereich und ein gutes Bad. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr klein und ungünstig plattziert. Es gibt nur zwei Kochfelder und keinen Backofen. Auch eine Mikrowelle fejhlt, was das Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten und die Auswahl an dem, was man kochen will, einschränkt. An allen Fenstern und der Terrasse gibt es Rollläden. Das ist auch gut, denn es war sehr warm und sonnig. Da lohnt sich die Verdunkelung über Tag. Leider fehlte im Inventar der Küche ein Pfannenwender, der dort eigentlich enhalten sein sollte. Der Vermieter war nicht in der Lage uns einen zu besorgen. Auch die Mülltrennung ist etwas umständlich, weil die Besitzer des Hauses fast alles selbst zum Recyclinghof bringen müssem.
