Great Townhouse and amenities

Eight of us stayed here for my teenage daughter’s birthday and everyone had plenty of space. The townhouse was clean (besides carpet needing a good cleaning), spacious, nicely decorated and had a kitchen stocked with everything you may need. The community amenities are what really made our stay incredible. So much to do from swimming, to floating in the lazy river, arcade, basketball, volleyball and nice walks around the lake. It was very crowded but that’s to be expected in Orlando during spring break. It was worth the 50 minute drive to Universal Studios to stay here. We would definitely return. In a side note, there were no beach towels in the unit to use at the pool but luckily we packed a few.

The Dirtiest Place To Stay

I gave 1 star instead of zero stars because the property management company was very responsive when I wrote them. However, this place was a nightmare I couldn’t wait to check out of. After driving to this rental for 9 hours with 2 small children we arrived to filthy beds to sleep in. I have very sensitive allergies so when I saw the state of the beds we were to sleep in I was appalled! I only booked this townhome because all the previous reviews were so positive! I wish I could upload The pictures I took but there’s no place to upload them here however I did send them to management. So let me tell you, the bed comforters had white crust marks, black pubic hairs, and lots of long female hairs. Peeling back the comforter the sheets had more human hairs in them to make me believe the sheets were made up but never changed. I contacted Glasstone who said they’d send someone out the next day to change the bedding, however, I had to get through the night on my own which led me to target and buying my own comforters and pillows. The property management asked me to strip all the bedding that needed changing and put it in a pile. Well, that’s all the bedding so I was in charge of stripping 6 beds on my “vacation” stay and let me tell you About the disturbing pictures I took of the king bed! There was no mattress protector on the bed and it had a HUGE yellow stain that had leaked through to stain the sheets! Yuck!! I can’t believe someone expected us to sleep in such a dirty bed! I wrote management again to tell them how much worse it was than before and at that point they offered me a refund of HALF of the cleaning fee, Less than seventy bucks, wow so generous! I definitely earned that $68 by all the cleaning and bed stripping I did! The garage door was also broken- I let them know that the night of our arrival and they were unable to have someone fix it. We had 2 cars and only one guaranteed “driveway” spot. I will never stay at a Glasstone property again and advise anyone else against it unless you like to sleep in filth. The only saving grace was management was responsive and the second day we did have clean linens. However, if this is the kind of cleaning they have done for them they need to do walk through a before people check in to these homes.

Beautiful accommodation

Lovely spacious clean villa. Very close to the pool area. Beautifully decorated Minnie and Marvel bedrooms for the kids. Good communication with the management team. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Fanatastic

The house was amazing and exactly as advertised, the agaents very attentive to requests, the house was literally across from the communal pool and leisure area perfect for the children. The house was also fantastic for travel to disney parks ( approx 15 mins ) and Universal Parks ( approx 25 mins ) we also ventured to Gatorland which is amazing and this was also about 30 mins away. Will definitely stay here again if ever visiting Florida again.

Wonderful

Thank you for the clean and comfortable stay. We really enjoyed having quality time here with our whole family. The kids absolutely loved their rooms and all the pool amenities. We will be back!
