South Facing Private Pool. True to its name, Lily Garden is a tranquil property nestled within a private resort community. This is truly a pleasantly inviting home with a cozy gathering room and open designed kitchen. If the South-facing pool doesn`t keep the family entertained, having a tournament in the game room certainly will.
With 5 bedrooms, 2 en suites; 4 bathrooms, each family member will be able to have their personal space. The kids will love the Princess ; Harry Potter themed bedrooms both with twin beds. Also on the second level is the additional en suite bedroom with twin beds located right along side the master en suite with a king sized bed; walk-in closet. The final bedroom has a queen sized bed as well as entrance to the connecting bathroom on the first level. Whether you are looking for a little peace; quiet or non-stop fun, Lily Garden definitely has something for everyone.

We had a inconvenience with the water coming out the pipes dirty but someone was sent immediately and it was resolved. It wasn't the owner's, It was the city's fault. Kitchen fully equipped. Communication was top tier. Pool & BBQ amazing. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful property

The house was amazing. I didn’t want to leave. The kitchen was beautiful open concept. The bedrooms were huge and spacious. The pool was relaxing. I have no complaints on this property. I will definitely go back again.

Awesome family getaway

The lily garden was awesome!! Very nice, feels like home, property. We had five in our party, my sister and myself and 2 adult children and one 12 year old, and with 5 bedrooms, we all got our personal spaces. That was such a treasure. All beds comfy, great sleeps by all. The heated pool was amazing!! Great relief to tired and sore bodies after spending long days at the parks. Great vacation home!!

Good time. House nice. Neighbors in house next door were in inappropriate; loud vulgar music; nude woman. (There were children next door). Could not use pool Friday night or Saturday night because they were outside All night. All in all it was good for area for Disney.

Comfortable but lacking some conveniences

This property was comfortable and clean but needs some additional things to make long stays convenient. There were no pool towels, no extra bedding, or cushions for outdoors chairs. The toaster is broken. Also the curtains throughout the house were dirty and requires washing.

I loved this home. It was so perfect for my family. Very spacious. It was clean and came with a mini welcome package which was so nice. Location wise it’s not very close to a lot of things. Only thing walking distance is a 7/11. Other than that most needed stores are about 15 mins away. Parks are 30 mins plus. Other than that I would definitely stay again. No issues at the property at all. Only hiccup was the gps for the address kept taking me to a firetruck only entrance which was a hiccup for deliveries. I would also just recommend adding a light to the back area at night. It’s super dark back there if you wanna swim at night.

The princess room with twin beds was a big hit with our little girls. The one big thing that would possibly prevent us from staying again, was how hard the mattresses were in the master bedrooms. A couple of nights my husband and I slept separately on twin beds in the room beside the master, because we couldn't bear sleeping on that hard mattress another night. If a firm/solid mattress is your thing, then this would be the perfect place for you. Overall other than the sleeping issues it's a great vacation home!

April 2021 Stay

The home was as reflected in the pictures, it was clean and very comfortable. I arrived on a Saturday; I was disappointed to find that the pool was not heated, the heater was not turned on until Tuesday. The amount of towels that were stated to be in the home was not there. I requested for the towels on Sunday, did not receive them until Tuesday AFTER a follow up email had to be sent. In the interim. We had to share and reuse towels.. I was checking out on Thursday, Wednesday evening the Wi-fi in the home was turned off. We were unable to watch TV, our children was unable to do homework that night nor attend their e-learning courses that Thursday morning, neither were the adults able to log into work Thursday morning. The shut off of the Wi-Fi, felt very intentional and made us feel as though we were being told to "get out", now that our booking was ending. Also on our last  night, we were unable to get into the security gate, no one answered at the guard house, we had to call the emergency line for entry.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the garbage bin ws filled with lose garbage & food which had a foul odor. The garbage was not put in garbage bags. Few bof the bath towels were nasty. we called Melinda and sent photos of the damages so we will not be charged. Melinda stated that she would send someone over to clean the trash bin when we called on Monday 07/11/2022 no one never came, I called again left voice message letting her know & no response so we had to endure tat aweful smell for our whole vacation.

Although we’re very familiar w/the location it is about 30-40min away from everything and there’s ALWAYS traffic on I-4 so be prepared. There was no phone service in the house...the wifi works but we were all unable to make/receive calls and when we did get through the connection was bad. Overall..I’d give the house a 3.5 out of 5....I am very picky though so please consider that when reading this review...at the same time, with the amount of money our stay costs us I think I earn the right to be particular. 1. The blinds on the glass sliding door that leads to the pool are broken and continuously fell down during our stay2. The refrigerator door is broken and doesn’t close all the way. If you’re not careful and intentional about pushing the door all the way closed, it’ll remain open3. The storage bins on the inside of the refrigerator door are broken 4. The house wasn’t stocked with enough washcloths. There was 6 of us and we had 3 washcloths. I called maintenance the morning of our 2nd day there and left a one ever called back or came. We ended up buying more 5. The beds are uncomfortable6. There’s no comforter on the downstairs master bed or on the upstairs master bed...there a VERY thin quilt like cover on the bed upstairs and I don’t even know what you’d call what’s in the bed downstairs7. The walls have very apparent scuff marks, especially going up the stairs 8. The couch needs to be shampooed...it’s stained and this goes for the dining room chairs as well9. The net on the pool cleaner is broken

Walmart and restaurants only 10 minutes away. Disney and Theme Parks were about 25 minutes away. I didn’t have to contact management for anything and would definitely recommend this home especially if your traveling with kids.
