Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!

I had a great stay at this property! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and I had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

House was ok, not a lot in the kitchen to cook with. Seemed like pots and pans were missing. Not enough silverware for everyone. We paid for heating the pool. It was not done. Called and left messages, also went to office at clubhouse. They left messages. No call back. Beds were poor with foam. While it worked for our larger family group (11), it was not great.

Mothers day

We had 10 people for our celebration and went to Disney House is well laid out for large group and had many thoughtful extras, such as play pen, fans, beach towels to name a few. It waa also only a 10 minute drive to the airport.

The house was BEAUTIFUL. VERY CLEAN and so centrally located! The resort pool was amazing!!! Rental staff very easy to work with. We are going to make this an annual stay. I loved that this house also backs up to road outside of resort. It added an extra layer of privacy. My husband was so impressed that he is interested in purchasing a home like this for us in Florida. Spacious with the perfect floorplan. Even with so many family members, we still enjoyed personal privacy! The staff on resort truly were amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs. Thank you all so very much.

LOTS OF ROOM

Easy check in. Nice house with plenty of room! Only down side was the power outlets didn’t seem to work well. Electronic devices were VERY slow to charge. Other than that loved it!!!!!

Disappointing

The house is not well kept with dirty walls and limited supplies. Cooking and cleaning is impossible without your own purchase of supplies. The beds are extremely noisy to the point it wakes you when you move. Pool heater did not work. Worst house we’ve ever rented.

Great Location and Clean House

House was nice, but needs updates. There are 7 TVs, none of them are smart TVs, which in 2025 is absurd. No availability to stream or login to your personal streaming accounts. When we arrived there was also no cable. So we had 7 TVs that only had a black screen. Called management and they sent some to install new cable boxes, but only had 4. On top of that, if you changed the channel on one TV, it changed the 3 downstairs TVs as well. Appliances are LOUD. Dishwasher, washer, dryer. Also had to go get propane the first time we went to use the Pit. It was completely empty. Ridiculous considering the price of the house. And lastly, the absolutely hardest beds possible. Not one single mattress, including the sofa bed mattress is remotely comfortable. Completely cheap and filled with springs you can feel through the mattress. DO NOT expect a good night sleep.

Large, beautiful, clean home

We recently stayed at this home for 7 days, the first week of May. We had a family of 6, ranging in age from 4 to 80. The house was large and very clean. I liked that there are 3 king size beds and that 2 of the bedrooms with king beds were on the main floor. One has an ensuite but the other doesn’t, however, the 3 piece bath is right outside the door. The third bedroom with the king size bed is upstairs and it is a very large room with a very large ensuite. And there are 2 more good sized bedrooms upstairs with 2 beds in each (pictures are accurate descriptions of each room) and another bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with what you need. I would only suggest to bring containers or baggies for your leftovers if you don’t already do that as there are no containers like that. The pool was smaller than what we are used to but it was all we needed. May be a bit small if travelling with teenagers who like to play around in pool. There is a door to the pool area from one of the ensuites which was very convenient, especially with a toddler. This was our first stay at this particular resort, Paradise Palms, and we all loved it. We went to the resort pool twice. My 4 year old granddaughter loved the slide at the pool. And we enjoyed the drinks and food at the bar! Also an added bonus with this house is the free use of the BBQ. Some houses won’t let you BBQ or will charge for it. You will not be disappointed with this home!

Big House

This house was definitely more modern than others we’ve stayed in so that was great. Nice and spacious, there was a tv/living room upstairs and downstairs which is awesome. The only downside is the open concept allowed for a big echo so when my son was watching tv upstairs in the living room, it sounded very amplified in the living room/open space below it. The pool table is great for late nights or rainy days. Be sure to read the handbook for garbage rules and things like that. The only thing I’d say should be updated are the mattresses, then it would be perfect!
